I cannot recommend this place more! I got into a little accident that was not my fault, I took my car here since it's so close to me. They were so nice and did the estimate for me and walked me through it. They made sure I had a Lyft to wherever I needed to go. They dealt with State Farm for me (who were being a pain) but they convinced them to use proper/new parts for my car. They took care of a few scrapes and dents that were not from my accident. They even replaced my AC compressor for me even though that wasn't part of my accident and State Farm wasn't going to cover it! Who does that?! I am so appreciative and they were all so nice and honest! My car is so clean and looks brand new! I will recommend this place over and over! read more

My Tesla was smashed into on the 134 at 60mph and the shop I had gone to many years ago when a previous Tesla of mine was hit told me that all I had was cosmetic damage. But due to the fact that the impact had slammed my car into and on top of the curb beside the retaining wall, I didn't think that the other shop was correct and so I went to Lakeside for a second opinion -- and I'm very glad that I did! Andre, the owner/manager, immediately identified that there was a crack in one of my wheels, which made the car unsafe to drive. Furthermore, some suspension components had gotten bent. Whereas the first shop wanted to charge so much for cosmetic-only repairs that the driver who hit me's insurance was going to total my car, Andre was able to take care of not only the cosmetic repairs -- but much more importantly the SAFETY and MECHANICAL repairs (that the other shop didn't even discern existed!) -- for far less than the other shop's quote so that my car did not get totaled, which would have been outrageously aggravating and would have cost me tons of time and money. And since this place is a certified Tesla repair shop, I have peace of mind knowing that they knew how to do everything properly with replacing and recalibrating all the sensors and cameras. Everything wound up being exactly as promised: high quality work, no "hidden fees," and everything was completed reasonably close to the estimated timeframe. (There was like a 2-day parts delay, which didn't matter to me because the other driver's insurance was paying my rental.) It is refreshing to find a trustworthy automotive vendor, and especially one that values communication, quality work and great customer service. Although I of course hope I'll never need to have body work done on my car again, if I ever do I will definitely be taking it to Lakeside! read more

Nice facility, nice website, kind enough to reschedule my appointment. Really liked the way the multi point diagnostic is presented. It's a very modern shop. Sadly once my appointment came around it took about an hour before my car was up. It seemed like the car before mine was having issues but nothing was said to me. I was told they use Liqui Moly oil and would think a better oil filter would be used than the parts plus filter that was used. However, what I got was total quartz 9000 which is not bad but was not told this would be the case. I would have scheduled elsewhere if I knew. I didn't get any paper work so I really didn't know what they did until it got emailed to me. To make matters worse, when I asked about this they said total quartz 9000 is by Liqui Moly. read more

I brought my car here today with a battery issue ( which I thought was a problem my my car's starter, which would have been a more expensive repair ) Andre took a look at the car and ran a diagnostic on my battery, and it is just the battery after all.
