First win. Then I woke up to an email from the airline saying the flight was delayed an hour. Then another two hours. I called and left a voicemail as soon as I could before they were open. I told them I would probably miss both appointments if they kept delaying my flight. When it was confirmed that we would indeed take off I called them back to let them know I could probably make the makeup appointment if they could push it back and find a friend from the wedding to take my hair appointment. The lady at the front desk was super understanding and happy to switch out another wedding guest to take my place for a blow out. I made it in time to get my makeup done by Liza. She was so sweet and so professional. I only wear foundation and have lash extensions. I don't know how to put on eye makeup. I had a bright blue dress and she put in pops of blue. It was so fun and I felt fabulous! The customer service, understanding of my travel delays and final product were all so amazing. I'd come back in a heartbeat next time I have a wedding in Boston!

She didn't even know how to do eyeliner, forcing me into an awkward, flat-on-my-back position just to attempt it, and then completely skipped my lips. When it came to my hair, she wasted 45 minutes making rude, judgmental comments and blamed me for sending a blonde reference photo a week prior--even though she had given it a thumbs-up and never asked for changes. After dragging the appointment past the two-hour mark (well over her promised 1.5-hour maximum), I had to finish my own lipstick in a rush and leave for my event with my lips undone. She overcharges, lies, lacks basic skills, and treats clients like garbage. Do not waste your hard-earned money here. Negative 100/10.

I called The Green Room and was able to get an appointment just in time. Jessica was absolutely amazing, she told me the price before the appointment and made sure I was fully aware before we went forward. During the process she explained each step as she went along to make sure we were on the same page throughout the entire appointment.
