First trip, they worked on my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and were so thorough, I felt bad for how long they were spending on me. My manicure lasted probably 2 weeks, and the only reason it wasn't longer was because my nails grow too quickly. The second trip, about 1.5 months later, my toenails still looked almost perfect from the first trip. Their polish change prices are so reasonable and their service is awesome. They're pretty busy so I'd try to make an appointment, I wish I found this place sooner, but this is my new go-to place!

And then 4 days later my nail cracked, and my real nail underneath was separating itself. That's never happened. Came in today and they fixed it. I'm no nail expert... but she put nail glue underneath my separated nail and then filed the chrome off and painted it again.... Sooo I guess we will see how long that lasts. Got home tonight and all of the chrome nails are chipping. They are very kind and personable..... but the quality doesn't match up- even my feet from my pedicure there are already scratchy feeling and there is a fuzzy stuck in the polish. I guess next time I will wait for Kevin to come back.

The woman doing my nails was a tad bit rude. She asked me if I wanted to get my eyebrows done THREE TIMES. I told her each time I wasn't interested. The lights for setting the shellac were really hot, almost to the point of burning my nails. It was $30 which I thought was a little high. When I went to pay I was told they only take cash tips. I had no cash on me so I told her I would run to the ATM and come back and she rudely walked away. I came back, dropped off the tip, and went happily on my way. Two days later the polish on my thumb started to lift a little.

Unfortunately, when filing my nails, two fingers were cut by the file (see photos). I'm not mortally wounded, it is basically just two paper cuts. Even so though it is of course not the outcome you're looking for for a paid service. I think this may have happened for two reasons. First, the service was a bit rushed relative to my other experiences with Leo. Second, after my nails were shaped initially, I asked for them to be more rounded because they were very flat at first. The nail tech had already trimmed my nails (per my request) so I think to get a rounded shape she had to dig into my nails beds more. Even so, the shape is still flatter on top than I would have liked. Probably trimming less off next time would have solved this.

It appeared that multiple people had the same appointment slot as me with the same nail tech. Their online booking system is inefficient. The technicians were also rushed and busy which created an awkward atmosphere. When it comes to nail design, it appears to look nice, but they failed to drill the extra gel under my nails which caused them to be clunky. It always felt rushed and I did not feel relaxed during my appointments. On my second visit, they did not give care to my nails and overdrilled it to a painful point. Safe to say I will not be back again.
