if I could give it zero stars I woukd. I went in on a Saturday, within less than 24 hrs my nails were chipping and the top layer (gel nails) was coming off. Gave them a call and went in to get them fixed. I had barely made it out the door when half of the last layer was already completely off. the person who helped me was more concerned to go home than do a good job. I offered to come back at a better time and her response was "I will get it done and go home after." one of the nails she had to do 3x. The repair she did was a total mess and the layers of the product had come off in less than 2 days. Mind you first it only lasted 24hrs, then the repair lasted what took me to walk from their door to the sidewalk. I am including photos of what my and my daughter's nails looked like. read more

I've been to BB Nails 3 times now and have loved my gel pedicures and dip manicures! Everyone at the salon is nice, and they take their time to ensure you get high quality nails you love. Most recently, they even customized a dip color for me to give me exactly what I wanted for an upcoming wedding! I came here once for an acrylic fill in and the woman was too busy messing with her phone and didn't pay attention to detail at all while doing my nails. It looked sloppy and I had to refile some nails once I got home. She also took her mask off halfway through. I will never come back here. Disappointing. read more

I would give a 5 star, because they kindly took me in before closing and helped me pick a color. However, when I got in my car I noticed bumps from when I washed my hands after?? I don't think one of the steps completely dried so now it sucks that I have to go to my event with weird bumpy nails that look like I did a bad paint job at home. Over the weekend my mother and I went to get out nails done. We do not usually do this but hey we have a wedding next week so why not. Get both got gel manicures. There was no wait and the service was good. The problem came when we went to pay. We asked how much our services would come to and the woman who had done our nails clearly said "$36 dollars". We had gone last year once and knew that we never paid that much for this service but we gave her our $80 and went on our way. Well later we started thinking about it and so I called the salon and asked "How much is a gel manicure" to which she replied "$30 dollars". Right after she said that I asked her why she had just told my mother and I an hour before that why she charged us $36 and she told us that she never said that. But she said we might have heard "$36"... That doesn't make any sense. I told her that we knew she was lying and we were really upset about that. If the tip was included in the price she told us, she should have told us, but she still continued to lie to our faces. She told us she was sorry and we could come back and get some of our money back. When we got there she continued to lie and joke around that we heard her wrong. Incredibly disrepectful. Of course a day after I got my nails done, one of them has already chipped. NOT IMPRESSED. read more

Worst manicure ever. I realize that a gel lasts longer than just a simple manicure, but I asked for a plain french manicure because I just needed it to last 3-4 days till the weekend, and I don't work with my hands so I thought that was reasonable. I sat under a light for a really long time for my toenails until they said I was good to go. Before I got home, there was a major gash in a big toe. I went right back and they didn't even redo the toe - just put polish over the scratch. After less than 24 hours, the finger polish was cracking and the white tips completely chipped. After less than 48 hours, the polish literally fell off my right hand completely. I don't know if their polish is just really old or what, but it cost me $42 for a mani/pedi and 48 hours later I have to remove it all. Paint your nails by yourself. Definitely not a place I'll go again. I thought the women were nice, but I think they use a terrible polish. read more

When I used to live nearby, I would often go and became a regular. Now that I live up north, my mom is still a regular, and I go sometimes when I visit. I love this place. Sometimes it may seem not entirely friendly because the workers don't always speak English, but they are very kind and they do good work. I always enjoy my pedicures and manicures, and am pleased with the results. If you're worried about them charging you a different price, make sure you are clear about what exactly you DO and DON'T want. Sometimes they will ask if you want them to do designs on your nails, but they don't mean for free. If you want it say yes, but expect the price to reflect their extra work. read more

I was very unhappy with my visit. It took 2 hours to get a pedi/mani, the older gentleman was doing my toes and he put the nail polish on very sloppy and spent much of the time cleaning it off with polish remover. My massage chair did not work and I asked to move but they insisted it worked... Which it clearly didn't. The woman did my nails and I got shellac. She cut my cuticles too much and when painting my nails, she got shellac on my skin and it dried there. Overall, this place really sucks and I would never go back. read more

Very unprofessional place . I needed to get my nails done and tried all places around the area until I came across B.B nails. As soon as I got there with my husband ( who had been trying to find me a place to get my nails done due me being pregnant ) . The woman was so unwelcoming and besides saying hello she commented " how tired I look " she repeated the fact that I looked tired in front of multiple clients at the salon . I was taken back due to someone telling me I looked tired rather than wanting to welcome and treat me to a manicure. She claimed that there was no spots available and that the wait was 30 minutes even though there was no one in front of me or on the waiting list. However she took someone before me after she came in after me. Both my husband and I found it to be a very unwelcoming uncomfortable setting in there . It was the worst client experience at a nail salon . I will never attempt to go there again . read more

They do a good job! They put flowers on my daughter toe nail everytime and she loves it!

Although the owner is pretty friendly, she rushes through the job in a manner that does not demonstrate care for her customers at all (unless maybe you're one of the regulars?). The tools were not very clean and the manicure was sloppy. There was quite a bit of skin left around the nails that should have been trimmed, and the paint extended beyond my nails onto the skin. I could have done my nails on my own and saved the $30 for the shellac manicure. read more
