I came to Nail Studio on two different occasions to do gel x fills. Each time I had a confirmed appointment, I would have to wait at least half an hour to be seen. It appeared that multiple people had the same appointment slot as me with the same nail tech. Their online booking system is inefficient. The technicians were also rushed and busy which created an awkward atmosphere. When it comes to nail design, it appears to look nice, but they failed to drill the extra gel under my nails which caused them to be clunky. It always felt rushed and I did not feel relaxed during my appointments. On my second visit, they did not give care to my nails and overdrilled it to a painful point. Safe to say I will not be back again. read more

Waited 49 mins past my appointment time. I had a wedding the next day so I stayed but normally I would leave. The lux pedicure I received was great. The manicure was meh, had imperfections, and barely lasted a week despite being GelX. Usually I get close to three weeks before it needs replacement. read more

They do good work, but, I was overlooked when I had an appointment. Everyone else walked in checked in like I did, they were seated immediately. I waited over an hour an a half for a confirmed appointment. Do better. Also pricing is inconsistent, everyone wants to charge a different price for a fill, or a Pedi. post your correct prices and abide by them. read more

I came here when Vincent and Tammy were here and they were great! However under new management, I would give this place negative stars if possible. I understand I was a walk in, however, they said they could take me for a dip, they started to remove them (very poorly) and in the middle stopped and went to their appointments and came over 20mins later asking me to come back. I would've rather have been turned away from the start than start the process and be told to come back after starting. read more

Terrible experience. The staffs are nice. However their work is not optimal. I came in for a gel x and asked for anyone. Basically the person didn't find the best fit of gel nails for my nails. Some are too large and some are too small. The nails on both hands length are at least 2mm difference. Not to mention, the nails started to grow out within a week and the second week one of them flipped on the edge. Never go there. read more

I had a great experience again! I got acrylic fills today. I got the acrylics done by them a few weeks ago, they lasted 3 weeks no problem! The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and my nail tech hannah did an amazing job. She was detail-oriented and gave me exactly what I wanted. My nails look amazing, and I'll be back in a few weeks. Highly recommend! Had my nails done today on what turned out to be the grand re-opening. The rennovations are beautiful! Hannah did a great job. She offered a nail color that I had not seen before-nice! Not only did she do my nails, she was able to also do her job as the studio manager, addressing and directing the staff to client needs. There was one customer who they took in who did not have an appointment yet expected to get extra services after her pedicure was done as those with appointments were waiting. Hannah offered her the services of the apprentice (first time I had heard of that) and when the customer stubbed her nose at the apprentice, Hannah offered to take care of her after finishing my nails. No one got ugly. The apprentice took on another client who seemed happy with the service she was receiving. Great way to handle a situation that could have gone ugly. BTW, glad that I got an early appointment because by the time I left, people were rolling in. I do miss Tam Lee, Vincent and their sons, but I think the new team will carry on the good work that they started with us regular customers. Nice team work. Nice work, team! 2024 update My sister, daughter, and I have had regular appointments with Vincent and Tammy for ten years. I called last week to make appointments for my daughter and I and were told they left and are no longer doing nails anywhere. This rings untrue to me since they devoted so much of their lives to building and maintaining their customer base. They made everyone feel welcomed. Tammy greeted repeated customers by name, she remembered *everything*~ favorite nail color, kids names, birthdays... I tried a new salon (with a high rating on Yelp) and the polishes were literally piled in a drawer, a sticky mess of different colors, gel mixed in with standard polish, like a tub of old polishes at Goodwill or something. It made me worry about the cleanliness of the rest of the location. Tammy definitely kept the Nail studio organized, and Vincent definitely kept all of the tech and tools up to date. They provided great spa services and quality mani/pedi's that lasted for weeks. Where ever Tammy and Vincent land, I'd love to know if they are close enough for me to work with them again. read more

I went to the salon for dip powder nails. I picked a color that was way too dark for me. The "team" there (Hannah, Jean and Arely) went above and beyond to make me happy... which they did! When in need of a salvage manicure for my wedding, my friend referred me to Vincent at the Nail Studio where she has been a longtime client. Upon visiting the Nail Studio, I could see that they have a faithful following. Vincent was truly a gem! This was my first time having acrylic nails and he walked me through the process. My manicure turned out absolutely perfect! I also booked a pedicure which was equally fantastic. Overall, the salon appeared clean and the price points were competitive (about $75 for a full set with gel color and regular pedicure). The selection of colors is OK, but somewhat limited if you are looking for a specific color. Finally, parking is easy with flat lot in the shopping center where Nail Studio is located. read more

adding on to my last post, they told me the owner would call me back, never a call and so I called again, was told the owner would text me. 2 days later I get a text asking for my Venmo or zelle for a refund. at this point I've had to replace 5 FIVE nails within a week of having my set. they then just texted me saying the owner said I couldn't get a refund, when I thought the owner was the one texting me. Very weird and shady. poor quality set and the salon just won't admit it read more

honestly this is the worst manicure i've ever had. the people were friendly but they didn't apologize when i went in to have some of the gel cut off my skin. all of the edges of my nails are rough. the lady caked on so many layers and put a ton of gel polish under my nails. i'm guessing i'll have to go back in a day or so when it all peels from being done poorly. for the pedicure, there was no bag in the water tub and minimal cleaning was done between pedicures. i'm hoping i don't get an infection. spare yourself and don't go here. read more

I wish I can give them 10 stars! This is the BEST pedicure I've ever gotten. They took care of ALL my calluses, used hot stones on my feet, and gave my legs a nice massage. Chin did my pedicure, and Tammy did my nail art (freehand). All the tools they used on me came in sealed sterile packages. As this is a time when people are concerned with covid, they practice all the covid safety protocols. They have excellent customer service. You can tell they desire all their customers to leave happy. They listen to what you wanted, and take excellent care of you. I have gone to one of the larger nail salons that has 20 workers and it always feels like a factory and the quality depends on who your technician is. This salon is on the smaller side. When I went only four people were working. I got a pedicure that included a scrub and a hot stone massage for $30. My pedicure still looks great several weeks later. read more

Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I arrived to get my nails done and Vincent, the nail technician that I have gone to for the last 10 years was no longer at the salon. When I called just 2 days before and made the appointment, there was no mention of the change. I arrived expecting to see Vincent. Then the woman that greeted me had the gall to lie to me and tell me that they took a vacation. And when I questioned her further she backtracked and told me that "management " had made a change and he and Tammy were no longer at the salon. First of all, do not lie to your clients when they call to make an appointment. Tell them the truth and let them make a decision if they wish to come to the salon. I personally walked out. My nails were butchered, lopsided and streaky. It took long for him to do a terrible job! went in for a simple fill and the old man cut my nails and the acrylics so low and didnt ask, ruined the shape of my nail. he was very rough with my hands. When i brought it to the attention of the owner she ignored me, didnt apologize or offer discount. Matter of fact I was overcharged! I use to go here for years and knew the owners. I was shocked at her response. I never leave reviews but this was so bad. The disrespectful service alone makes this place unacceptable. I will never go back. read more

First off they're terrible!!! It's a pedicure. Paint on my skin, she dug too deep, and the shapes are all different. Not square at all. And she took 2 1/2 hours no cap. But that wasn't why I called. They put my toes under that UV light and they machine was so cheap it burnt the HELL out of my toes! My big toe is brown on the top. I told them it's hurting and he kept repositioning it. I paid, and left out..why did I loose feeling in all of my toes and fingers??!!!! Then I grabbed the car door and was getting shocked every second. I went back in and asked for a refund. I have been coming here for 2 years. The owners are extremely professional, and Keep the studio spotless. They use UV to sterilize the nail clippers, everything is kept very clean. I made the mistake of cheating on Tammy, never again! Relaxing environment, friendly staff, and Tammy loves perfection in her work. I have to keep my nails short because I am a LMT, and I wash my hands all the time. Tammy is very precise and efficient, and her shellac lasts and never chips! You won't want to go anywhere else once you've had the massage for the pedicure and manicure. read more

I had high hopes based on other reviews. Maybe it depends on who does your nails. I'm still in search of a reliable salon. My shellac chipped after 2 days. I went to have it repaired which wasn't an issue... But then it was reapplied to every nail. It is so lumpy and streaky. I have 6 coats total on??!?!! My pedicure was not well done... See the photo where dry skin wasn't addressed. I have terrible feet and look forward to getting rid of calluses and rough spots. read more

I got mani-pedi and they did EXACTLY what I requested b/c I play piano so I have to have my nails short and clear and they didn't try to up sell me a lot of crap.
