We didn't know the hours when we came in and in hindsight were a little confused why they'd offer the hour long pedicure if they knew it'd go past closing time. The staff were friendly and they have a decent selection of colors. The massage chairs were the best I've ever experienced, and that's saying something as I usually hate all artificial massagers. I wouldn't mind coming back but for $70 (not including tips) I'd hope to get the full hour next time :)

I came into the spa, showed them exactly what I wanted, and was given a price upfront. While I was getting my toes done, the owner came over again asking what shape and style I wanted, so I showed her the picture a second time. She then suddenly told me it would be an extra $65 because of the "shape" and "length." I explained that I specifically asked for short nails, and the nail tech had already cut them down short. Not even 20 minutes later, after moving to the next station, the owner came back again, hovered over me while inspecting my nails, and started yelling that they were "too long" and that the price would now be $165. I was honestly shocked and confused because we had already discussed everything multiple times. It felt like she was intentionally creating problems and trying to pressure me into paying more money. What upset me most was the way she spoke to me. She was yelling at me in front of everyone as if I were a child, even though I had been respectful the entire time. At that point, I told the nail tech to stop because I no longer felt comfortable or respected there. No customer deserves to be treated that way. To make matters worse, I still ended up losing money even though my nails were never completed or painted. Only my toes were done. I will absolutely never return. Another major concern was sanitation. I noticed that they were not properly sanitizing or using new tools between customers. Instead, I saw tools simply being rinsed with soap and water before being reused. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until it was already too late. That is completely unacceptable for a nail salon and honestly made me even more uncomfortable about the entire experience. I also couldn't ignore the difference in how customers of color were treated. I am mixed Black and Hispanic, and I immediately noticed the shift in attitude when I walked in. I also witnessed another African American woman being treated poorly. That alone should have been my sign to leave. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. If you are a person of color, especially Black women, I genuinely recommend spending your money elsewhere. However, first off- ya know when the saline has racks and rows of polish on the wall? And how sometimes when your polish is very old it starts to separate? Yeah. Lots of that along the walls. I chose a very neutral color that seemed to be fairly new. The tech definitely seemed to be tired and distracted. She did not spend much time exfoliating my feet- there are still some dry spots for sure, and she seemed distracted. She used her packets of exfoliant and lotion and seemed be rather sparing with them-like 1/8 of a packet. Let's say that my legs have some surface area, so it didn't really seem like enough. Also- anyone else have flashbacks to Legally Blonde when your nail tech starts shouting Vietnamese when you sit in the chair? Just me?! Day 2 and my toes look good- no smudges. Still on the hunt for a favorite spot, but I would come here again in a pinch.

I had booked builder gel, and she told me she does not offer that service and could only do Gel X. While filing my nails, I repeatedly told her that the drill was hurting my nails, but she continued regardless. She over-filed them to the point that they are now thin and damaged. I went to a new nail salon afterward, and they even questioned why my nails are so thin. On top of that, their pedicure service was also poor. They do not use proper pedicure bowls, the service itself is not done thoroughly, and they use tissue paper as toe separators, which felt unprofessional and unusual. I will not be returning. The prices do not match the quality of service or the overall customer experience provided.
