I received assistance right away from one of the managers (Josh) with locating specific tools to cut the crown molding, as well as a specialty electric nail gun (not the one that utilizes an air compressor). His assistance made all the difference in the world, as I didn't have to return any merchandise nor make a second trip to NRH to obtain more tools and materials. The older lady with glasses at cash register (she usually answers the phone) was outstanding in her customer service demeanor, both on my initial visit and a later visit for a different at-home project. She definitely seems to know what she is talking about in terms of available inventory, and correct materials to use when posing a specific question. Further, the coupons offered by the store via internet promotion (sometimes daily or bi-weekly) turned out to significantly help on price reduction. Due to this alone, I highly recommend signing up for Harbor's reward program- it certainly pays an almost immediate return.

I told her that I have a medical exemption and she said they don't recognize any exemptions and to leave. This could have been handled without such a degree of rudeness. This employee has insured that I will never shop in that store again. You can't go around violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The staff member and I visited for a bit, and he provided some advice on which kind of gas to purchase in order to mix with the oil. The price seemed fair as it was a "name brand" item. Once at the register, the young lady cashier was very friendly and helpful. After today's wonderful experience, I may choose to shop here more often. Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly! This past weekend we witnessed a customer being verbally abusive and aggressive to the staff and a customer and their child. I hope they ban him from NT. I felt horrible for the staff as he was the aggressor.
