We obtained multiple bids and selected this company due to Reyes's professionalism, knowledge and being very detailed. Of all the bids, Reyes was the only one to provide a detailed quote with line items and their associated cost. The other bids, some where a bit lower, provided no details just a lump some for one line item. These type of quotes will usually end uo costing more because it is easy for the contractor to say, it is not included or create tension because disagreements due to the lack of detail. The tile work itself was great, clean and great quality. Julio the installer was very professional and patient as we tended to ask a lot of questions along the process. On multiple occassions he asked if this is the way we wanted things done before he actually set the tile :-) There is nothing more frustrating then someone doing work without asking how you want it, all to have a customer be unhappy and having to do it again. Julio is also very experienced in his work so he was able to provide great suggestions.

Do not hesitate to call Javier about your next project, whether it be kitchen, bath, flooring, or any home improvement project, you will not be disappointed with the results. We came to CTS&D to inquire about laminate flooring in 4 rooms, stairs, and a new kitchen backsplash. Javier came to my house, took the necessary measurements, showed us many different samples, and gave us a quote. This piece is important, because even after all was said and done, he did not deviate from the original quote. His crew not only finished the jobs in the timeframe that they had promised, but cleaned up spotlessly after each days work. It was raining very hard throughout the construction period, but the crew were very cautious to leave the house clean. In the middle of the project, we had a leak from the master bathroom down to the kitchen due to some faulty work from a previous contractor. Our kitchen cabinets needed to be removed in order to stop the leak. Without skipping a beat, Javier and his crew tackled that problem as well, took out the cabinets, patched up the hole in the wall and re-caulked everything to perfection. Because of their expert knowledge of all things home improvement, they saved us a bunch of headache for an issue that arose unexpectedly at no fault of their own. The laminate floors in 4 rooms, and the stairs came out BEAUTIFULLY. The laminate on the stairs came out a masterpiece, as it required very technical measuring to achieve the look we wanted. They even touched up some paint and patched up some places that were there before! Our kitchen backsplash turned out better than we could have imagined. CTS&D took the extra step, and put Calcutta Marble trimmings on the edges that really gave it that extra something special. We were so pleased with their work, price, timeframe, professionalism, and expert knowledge, that we contracted them for our master shower remodel. It came out beyond our wildest expectations. They were very patient with us as we looked over dozens of samples, and not once did they cut corners. Javier and his crew educated us throughout the whole process, and only used the best materials. They "hot-mopped" our shower, where others would have not, to create a complete water seal. They even extended out the shower to give us a whole extra foot of length. Javier even accompanied us to choose our custom fixtures, all while staying in budget. Throughout the shower install, they pointed out things that may have been a safety hazard left from the previous contractor, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied at every step. Joey, Javier's son, measured everything down to the millimeter, and created uniformity and precision in every detail of his work. Javier, Maxine, Joey, Dennis, Bob, Henry, Saul, and the entire crew at CTS&D have earned our business for life. We chose Lev due to his fair pricing, excellent communication, and attention to detail. It made us comfortable to know Lev would be doing the work himself along with his hardworking and reliable assistant. Our house is over 70 years old, and the bathroom looked like it was at least half that age, so we suspected there might be some surprises lurking in the walls and/or under the floor. We trusted Lev's engineering background to be able to solve any problems we encountered along the way. Sure enough, when issues popped up, Lev was able to to handle them all to our great satisfaction. He repaired the ceiling and floorboards; reconfigured and retiled the shower; installed a new toilet, vanity, tile floor, shower threshold, medicine cabinet, fan, and lights; and repainted the walls.
