From Cameron's initial assessment through the completion of the project, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Bob and his crew were consistently quiet, courteous, and respectful of my home and property. At the end of each day, Bob took time to explain what had been accomplished, show me around, and outline the plan for the following day. He was patient and open in answering my questions, which greatly eased my anxiety given the scope of the foundation work. While the long-term results will ultimately be confirmed over time and during future rainfall, I am very confident in the quality of the work performed. The crew's attention to detail was exceptional -- they even washed dirt from the roadway in front of my home (in February) and cleaned my floor by hand before leaving. I highly recommend The Mudjackers Basement Solutions for any foundation or mudjacking needs. They are professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

One of the best was from Mudjackers but as important was the unsolicited recommendation of the engineer who inspected and wrote up the plans (and secured permits) for our house. It all couldn't have gone any better. These guys were timely, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, etc. From the actual digging and piering that was done to the follow up (the following spring) with adding top soil and grass seed. Easy to deal with, helpful at every turn, etc. If you have to spend $20K-$40K on this painful and otherwise undesired house fix, you want it to be as friendly and professionally done as these guys do their thing. I hope you don't have your foundation repaired and jacked up, but if you do -- these guys are a solid five star choice.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond every expectation. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. Their communication and professionalism were top-tier. What truly stood out was their work ethic. Despite the cold and snow, they showed up on time, focused, and determined. Weather that would slow most people down didn't faze them at all. They completed the entire project in just three days--fast, efficient, and with excellent quality. I'm genuinely grateful for the care and dedication they put into my home. If you're looking for a team that's reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things right, this crew is the one to call. Highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing!! I stopped by the Everdry Waterproofing booth at the WI State Fair, and showed basement pictures to the guys working the booth. They said no problem and we scheduled an inspector to meet me at the property. The inspector, with twenty plus years of experience, walked around the basement, took measurements, and then put together three estimates ranging from $40k to $100k. Got the "if you sign now" we will do the job for $34k. I said no, and talked with two other contractors. Both said my problem could be solved by replacing downspouts and concrete repair/grading away from the house. I'm getting the job done for less than $5k. I'd avoid Everdry Waterproofing. --- Too expensive, Over selling, and High pressure.

I rate the service I received as 1-star because for almost 5 months two Principals at this company ignored my written requests asking for a justification for a bill that was appreciably higher than their quote for this simple land survey. Care for small customers was the antithesis of what I expected. After receiving a larger bill than quoted, I called my project manager who is also a company VP. I asked him to please justify the overcharge for this very simple 4-corner survey on a mostly level lot, or to reduce the bill. He said he would investigate it, but he never did. Then I wrote to him multiple times over a nearly 5-month period asking about the overcharge and each subsequent request was completely ignored. Finally, out of frustration, I wrote to the company President and shockingly she said that the VP who had been ignoring me would be handling my request. He called me unannounced on a Friday evening and said he heard I had a question - as if we had never talked or communicated on this issue. I was in a retail store, and it was too noisy to talk. So, we agreed to talk the following Monday. Of course, he didn't take my call as arranged, nor did he call me back after I left a voice message. Having had no success in getting any response from them, I then decided to make a reasonable offer of payment and I sent a letter and check for final payment to the company. No one responded to my offer, but my check was eventually cashed. Although this experience was exasperating and totally unnecessary if I had a responsible actor, at least it was finally over. On a positive note, I did receive very good customer support from the Executive Secretary and from the Accounting department. The Field Survey Technician on my project did a great job too. If there was a separate rating, I would give these employees 5-stars.

After a number of quotes from different places, we had Accurate fix our issues. They showed up first thing in the morning when they said they would and worked tirelessly to get my wall and drain tile fixed. When the village inspector suggested a drain tile test the owner of Accurate was out in 15 minutes to asses the extra work and helped the team with the work. They had a professional air cleaner running the whole time they worked and put down drop cloths and plastic up to protect everything else. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Well, turns out they were recently bought out by a private equity firm. Their salesman came out, took a look around the basement, and wrote up a quote for a $16,000 drain tile repair. He was very professional and took time to explain the quote to me. The only problem was that I then had an independent drain tile inspector come out a few days later and tell me there was no sign whatsoever that I had a drain tile issue. He told me it was clear the water came in through the windows, and that I should repair the drainage in the window well and replace the windows for a fraction of the price. It's a good thing I knew better than to drop the $2000 down payment Accurate's salesman requested at the end of his visit, but it is too bad to think other's may fall for their sales pitch. We had previously heard that Accurate was upfront and honest in their dealings with customers, but since they have been bought out, it seems that making the sale has become priority #1.
