The flooring was installed in August of 2020 as the owners prepared the home for sale. I purchased on July 1, 2021. Neither will stand behind the product or installation. Stu's said the 30 year warranty lifetime installation doesn't transfer. Costco refuses to speak with me because I'm not on the original order. Funny I have warranties on the furnace, windows and composite deck but neither of these businesses will stand behind this shotty work. Beware!!!

Deciding to move on, I got in touch with SNR First Rate Floors. Unlike the first company, I found Adam, of SNR, to be very responsive to my calls. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. We scheduled the work to be done in mid-August. The job took three days, due to the flooring requiring repairs. Adam and the crew of flooring specialists were very professional and friendly.
