I had PM Construction renovate a bathroom for me. The shower stall that THEY installed was leaking…read moreall over my basement 3 months later. I had to call a plumber and have them open up the wall to fix the leak. PM Construction refused to take responsibility for the leak and left me to pay for the repairs. They "don't know how the leak happened but it definitely didn't happen on the install," was the response I got. Give me a break. Also - I am an actual customer and I have a strong suspicion that the majority of their "good" reviews are done by owners and employees of the Company. Please be aware of this Company, they will only care up until you sign the contract! I spoke to a Project Manager, Dan (who I would bet is the Dan R. that reviewed the Company as five star on 11/22/17 because his review was written on the same day I told them I would be writing a bad review) and he was extremely rude and abrasive - he should not have contact with customers. He actually told me on the phone that they would have covered the leak, except for "I already had a bad opinion of PM Construction" so why would they help me? Instead of delivering what was promised, the contractor left me with issues that required additional time, money, and another professional to fix. When politely asked to turn the music down, they rolled their eyes, made disrespectful and rude comments, and all out refused. Also of note, I left this same review on their Facebook page.
