What amazed me is that, once he saw the condition of my concrete slab, he advised that it really didn't need the work I anticipated. Rather than do unnecessary work (which would have benefited him), he gave his honest opinion, which benefited me. And rather than grouse for having to leave with no hope for financial gain, he was pleasant and seemed happy to give the advice. It was a great example of trying to benefit the customer. Dan's Masonry Repair is at the top of my list for future projects.

He listened to…read moreeverything I wanted and he wrote up a very detailed plan on how he was going to do the project which I really appreciated. He even made a sketch of the proposed concrete work which helped me know he understood exactly how I wanted the patio to look. He would ask me mid project what I thought of things so far which was really nice because he kept me in the loop as it progressed. The tooled joints were the perfect size and looked really good. The pitch was perfect. They installed a really nice expansion joint to protect my house foundation which was really important to me They even protected my house from concrete splatters by covering it with protective plastic. Craig made sure that every detail that was important to me was covered. It couldn't have been a better experience. So happy with my patio!

They came, gave me a quote and a schedule, and actually stayed exactly on schedule. The project went flawlessly without any hiccups, and a few days later, I had a beautiful patio that I've been dreaming about for 10 years. It's been a year since they've come and put down the patio and I wanted to come back now to leave the review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our patio last year and will again this year. The patio has survived last year's Milwaukee winter superbly, despite the enormous amount of snow we had. They are also very professional and honest with their work. You can easily find people who perform great work, but it's not as easy to spot someone who is honest and follows through with their promise. Don't think I'll need another patio job for years to come cuz they've just done too good a job, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

This man is a hack and should be treated as such. Paul only cares about the money he robs from people and does not care about his employees whatsoever. Mind you, I'm a former employee, and the project manager Dan, he will put his hands on you if you voice your opinion. Even if you are right. I would recommend not working nor hiring this hack for any work. Be very careful of hiring this scam artist. If it was up to me, I'd give the company 5 negative stars.

I had to call a plumber and have them open up the wall to fix the leak. PM Construction refused to take responsibility for the leak and left me to pay for the repairs. They "don't know how the leak happened but it definitely didn't happen on the install," was the response I got. Give me a break. This company puts on a great show when they are selling the job but they completely lack in customer service and satisfaction. Also - I am an actual customer and I have a strong suspicion that the majority of their "good" reviews are done by owners and employees of the Company. Please be aware of this Company, they will only care up until you sign the contract! I spoke to a Project Manager, Dan (who I would bet is the Dan R. that reviewed the Company as five star on 11/22/17 because his review was written on the same day I told them I would be writing a bad review) and he was extremely rude and abrasive - he should not have contact with customers. He actually told me on the phone that they would have covered the leak, except for "I already had a bad opinion of PM Construction" so why would they help me? Please - if you're considering hiring this Company please contact me and I will gladly tell you the entire story. I don't want this to happen to other people.

Horrible Concrete work! Stay away!…read more Working with this contractor was a headache from start to finish. Communication was terrible, quality of work was far below what any homeowner should expect. The workmanship itself was sloppy and created more problems than it solved. Instead of delivering what was promised, the contractor left me with issues that required additional time, money, and another professional to fix. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a frustrating, drawn-out ordeal. I would strongly advise anyone considering this contractor to look elsewhere. The stress, poor quality, and lack of accountability simply aren't worth it. I asked him to fix his poor work and or pay to have it fixed he simply said there was nothing more he could do for me and stopped all communications.

They were blasting music so loud we could hear it inside our house and at the end of the block almost 100 feet away. When directly asked to turn it down they were extremely disrespectful to multiple neighbors on multiple occasions. They feel because they are out here they have the right to play music as loud as they want and be loud and disrespectful to the people in the surrounding community. There are multiple people working third shift and working from home in the neighborhood. This concern was also passed to the owner of the business by multiple people and they did nothing about it either as the owners clearly do not mind the disruption since it doesn't affect them. I would strongly suggest NOT hiring them and will also be passing this to everyone and anyone I know. For some reason they think they have a right to have a concert in my backyard because they are there doing work. My husband and I work third shift and had to stay at a family members house and couldn't even sleep in our home for weeks because of how loud the music was. I could sing along with it in my bedroom it was so loud. This was confirmed by multiple neighbors who agreed it was excessively loud. When politely asked to turn the music down, they rolled their eyes, made disrespectful and rude comments, and all out refused. Also of note, I left this same review on their Facebook page. They took down the entire reviews section after that. It is extremely unprofessional and dishonest to filter your reviews to make yourself look like a desirable company when in fact you are not. Ok
