It felt a little cramped, and you could hear the neighboring parties conversations quite clearly. After a while though, getting into our own conversation, it didn't bother me. Our hostess, I wish o remembered her name, was fantastic! Petite young lady with blonde hair and she wore glasses. She checked in with us as soon as the last member of our party arrived, and gave us the appropriate amount of time to look through the menu. She even came by to let us know she was going on a break and pointed out who was going to temporarily take care of us. I ordered their version of a high-ball and it was delicious! My friend had an oat milk latte that he drank in no time! My other friend had another coffee drink that she also enjoyed. Their coffee drinks are really delicious. For pupus we ordered their fries topped with poke and their original açaí bowl. The poke was fresh, and the fires cooked perfectly! It was sooo good! Island Vintage is also known for their açaí bowls, and they did not disappoint. So refreshing, and not too sweet. Ours came in a huge cappuccino cup and we split it amongst 3 people. We all had a tiny cup. Overall, a great experience!!! Friendly staff, and delicious foods and drink. Love this place! Oh, and right next door they have their coffee bar! Just as fantastic!

All of our coffees and the lilikoi acai bowl were 10/10! For food we had a variety of things - wagyu burger, turkey pesto sandwich, salmon lox plate, and the eggs benedict. Eggs benedict was mine, and normally I love eggs benny, but this version came on a brioche bread instead of english muffin and it wasn't my favorite. Service was great though and it was much easier to be seated there than wait in line for the quick-service location right next door.

We arrived at around 8:30 pm on a Thursday night and we only waited about 5 minutes for a table spot. They have live music playing, and the singer that night was so talented! I really enjoyed his covers. For drinks, I ordered the Ultra Violet and my friend ordered the Hana Hou! Ultra Violet had a pretty presentation, with a glowing coaster attached to the bottom of the glass. It was overall a very sweet drink, but the alcohol content wasn't that noticeable to be honest. My friend also said the Hana Hou! was very sweet and lacking in noticeable alcohol content as well. We also ordered the Ube Panna Cotta for dessert, and I loved it. The lime cream on top actually adds a very nice acidic contrast to the milky creaminess of the ube panna cotta. Lastly, I wanted to give a shoutout to our server, Jerrod. He was upbeat and friendly from the start, and regularly checked in on us as we were having our drinks and dessert. Overall, had a good time at Hideout and would love to come back again if I'm in Oahu!

At the time I went, they only had the fire pit seating so we just went for it. If you're just there for and app and some drinks then it's honestly a very cute spot to sit. I was here for dinner and ofc ended ordering a steak of all things so it was a little difficult to cut my steak on the little side tables (honestly my fault) but we still had a nice time. We got a beer and a virgin cocktail which were both yummy. The steak was cook perfectly to medium rare like I asked and it hit my steak craving ~ the staff was nice and checked in us often ~

For our first time we decided to just walk-in and they had a 20-minute wait, which was not too bad compared to other dinner spots. However, I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time through Open Table. For dinner we decided to go with the mushroom cheese risotto, truffle alfredo fettuccine and arugula salad. For my little one we went with their margherita pizza. Everything was outstanding! Probably the best risotto I've ever had! It was packed with flavor and so good and comforting. The truffle alfredo was perfection, and the taste of the truffle was on point. My little picky eater almost finished the whole pizza, which I guess was a good sign. We loved it so much we decided to come back the following week. For the second time I didn't notice I had made reservations during their happy hour. Please note they have a happy hour food menu with heavily discounted food items which I thought was amazing. During this time we also tried the curry meatball and the prosciutto pizza. As always, everything was absolutely delicious! I know people don't usually go to Hawaii to eat Italian food, but definitely give this spot a chance during your visit!

Quite a bit of parties around us were partaking in this. Though a friend of mine didn't want to drink a whole bottle by herself, she tried a glass of Rosé from France which she stated was very delicious. I on the other hand had asked for a non-alcoholic option. Unfortunately, they ran out of ginger beer, all the sparkler options, and didn't serve any soda. The bartender looked pretty irritated by that point, and didn't even provide me with a glass of water. We would've grabbed a bunch of food to compensate for taking up a seat, but by then, the bartender had already dropped the check, and we hadn't even sat there for more than 5 minutes. The most interesting part was that an older couple sat next to us, similar situation. The gentleman asked for a glass of wine, and his wife asked for a non-alcoholic beverage. Though a different bartender came back with a sparkler option for her. Needless to say, I felt pushed aside and I don't believe I'll be back to this location any time soon. The only reason I didn't give this review a 1-2 star is that I recognize that Abe is busting his butt there. He was floating back and forth between this bar and Eleven. Separate review with my direct encounter with Abe at Eleven forthcoming.

We stopped in during their happy hour from 3-5 PM, and it immediately stood out as an ideal after-work pau hana or easy date-night spot. The space is relaxed and inviting, with a calm, tucked-away feel that makes you forget you're inside a hotel. The happy hour menu is impressively priced, with starters beginning at just $6, yet everything feels thoughtfully prepared and elevated. Highlights included the toasted bread with sun-dried tomato pistou -- warm, crisp toast paired with a deeply savory, herbaceous spread that's simple but incredibly satisfying. The mini poke bowl was fresh and well-balanced, showcasing clean flavors and quality fish without being overly heavy. The fish tacos delivered exactly what you want: crispy island fish, bright flavors, and a great balance of texture. We also tried the fish and chips, featuring lightly fried island fish, hot fries, and a creamy house remoulade that tied the dish together beautifully. The standout for us was the empanadas -- flaky, crisp pastry filled with tender braised beef and potato, finished with a bold aji rojo sauce that added just the right amount of depth and gentle heat. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, and the overall vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Whether you're looking for a low-key happy hour, a casual date spot, or a place to unwind after work, this is a hidden gem worth seeking out. Pro tip: Arrive early for happy hour -- once more people discover this spot, it won't stay quiet for long.

I have never had anything like this before, and man it's a must try. - Arugula Salad: You just can't go wrong. The balsamic is so tangy and tasty- please don't skip this either. - Baked Meatballs & Sauce: DELICIOUS!!! So tasty and it goes so well with their red wines. - Charcuterie: I have never had charcuterie as fresh as this honestly. They slice the meat in front of you too which is so cool. Definitely a must try if you love charcuterie. My girlfriends and I have tried a lot of their wines (maybe too much LOL) but all of them are so good. Seriously, you can't go wrong. It's also really cool because they serve tasting portions of the wine, but if you like it a lot you can also buy a carafe (or buy the whole bottle like we did).
