What made this experience frustrating is that the cashiers are usually very nice, which is why this stood out so much. Today around 11:40 am, I had the rudest encounter. The cashier had her headphones in, was dismissive, and told me she was the only one ringing customers at the time--which wasn't true. Because of that, they refused to give me the item I had already paid for. I was willing to pay for another one just to avoid any issues, but being lied to directly was really upsetting and unnecessary. This could have been handled so easily with honesty and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience compared to how this store usually is.

This store is in a plaza that has lots of businesses so parking could get tricky especially on weekends. However if you chose to park a bit far than you will easily get the parking. Staff is friendly and they help move the lines pretty quickly. Overall a nice spot to pick up some groceries and snacks.

The line was minimal during my visit. Helium balloons were scattered throughout the store making my trip quick and easy. They take credit cards.

Coming here at opening time is the best time in terms of easier traffic and parking navigation. Was even able to get parking under the covered parking structure so we got shade.
