His crew did the work the day after with Gleison working alongside. They were efficient, professional and did quality work in just a few hours cleaning up the entire front and backyard of pine needles and leaves and then mowing, aerating and seeding at a very reasonable price. They personalize service, provide high quality design work, are thoughtful with planning and fit with client style, esthetics, and desires along with consideration of background and setting. I had them provide estimates on a stone patio, custom outdoor kitchen, and some softscape work, and their designs were outstanding. We were able to meet in their studio, go through thoughts, and the plans went through some (minor) revisions over time. They stayed in touch with emails and calls frequently, and their timeline to get started was on time despite some supply chain issues (e.g., were not overcommitted and did not overpromise). The finished product was awesome. My friends and family are so impressed, and it's brought be significant satisfaction. The workers were always considerate, on time, treated my house and property with care, and open to feedback. Their subcontractors, which were few as many were in-house, were excellent, too. I'm surprised how well things went given my experience with construction and renovations in other avenues. When there was some material that was billed as something that would be soft on the feet but wasn't too our liking, they replaced it at their own cost. Their price point is very reasonable for the lux services they provide, as the other Boston Top 10 Landscape Architect and Construction organizations I got quotes from were much more expensive and weren't even as reasonable and attentive! They were able to hold to the original price point fairly closely, with a few increases due to some extra asks on our part, and suggestions for changes that felt to be better design along the way. Here are some of the reasons: - They never notify us when they are coming so if we do not take our lights down in our bushes, they end up destroyed as they say in their contract they are not responsible. We have had to replace several lights and also ripped furniture covers. I watch the crew just rush through the work without any regards to quality or our things and do not care if they destroy them. - They supposedly removed weeds, however we ended up with poisonous India Poke weed in our flower beds. - Our lawn had several yellow spots and despite reaching out to them about it I never heard back. - We do not do lawn mowing with them and they mowed our lawn with the Fall clean up and charged us for this without asking. It was not outlined in the contract that they would do a lawn mowing with fall clean up. Its unfortunate that this service has gone down hill. I liked working with them for years and had been happy with them in the past and hopefully this review will help them adjust their practices.

As far as pricing, he was very competitive vs the company we went with, priced about the same on some items and as much as 20% cheaper on others. I would have no hesitancy using him in the future.
