I hired Lawn Jon for a large project that included redoing my front lawn with sod, the installation of a white vinyl fence (over 30 panels and 2 gates) and the installation of 16 pine trees in our side yard. During the first consult walkthrough and estimate, Jon easily knew what he had to do. He actually gave us the great idea to install pine trees in our side yard (instead of replacing the old fence). First, his staff had to remove 30+ wooden panels and poles from the old fence. Jon coordinated a large dumpster for removal as there was a lot to dispose of. Then, they installed the new vinyl fence and pine trees within a handful of days. Lastly, they ripped up the front lawn and installed the sod, which makes my front lawn look like a golf course now. Jon provided us with watering directions for the new grass and pine trees, which have been very helpful. It was not an easy project whatsoever but I can't say enough great things about Jon and his staff. His staff worked incredibly hard and did such an amazing job. Jon was also so easy to work with. He was very communicative and organized throughout the project. We felt like we had bought a new house by the end of it. I would re-hire Lawn Jon for future projects in a heartbeat. I'm doing this review because I am a neighbor to a Lawn Jon account and would like to ask that they be more thoughtful of our neighbors and neighborhood. Today I watched a four person crew blow leaves to a dump truck parked one house down from the account. Unfortunately, the leaf shoot was not properly angled into the truck bed and it blew leaves onto the front of their truck and into the street. A guy with a blower then cleaned off the truck by blowing the leaves onto another neighbor's yard and sidewalk (that neighbor had already finished their fall cleanup). The crew packed up and were about to leave when I approached them and asked that they please clean up the mess on the sidewalk and street. They were very polite and said they would, but they merely cleaned off the sidewalk and left the rest of the debris in the street and over storm drains. I contacted the neighbor who hires them (we are friendly with all our neighbors), and he was kind enough to clean up after them... that's a testament to how great our neighbors are. I would ask Lawn Jon to please be more considerate. read more

They were extremely thorough and our yard looks immaculate. We have a very high roof and they did a great job cleaning the gutters too, sadly they won't be doing gutters anymore. Had Lawn Jon services come to my house last spring before I sold it they re did my whole yard. They re installed sod in my front and back yard as I had problem keeping up with the grass. my place looked brand new. They also painted a room in my house that was chipping bad. Both Services they provided me with were fantastic they even gave me a 10% off deal for a first time customer. Jon the owners prices are very good witch you can't seem to get anymore. My company needed our office space touched up with paint. I met with and researched some painting companies in the area, where Jon's company seemed the most knowledgeable and communicative. Jon was very easy to get in touch with and was very responsive with questions. Overall his worker did a very nice job with painting our office, while also doing extra needed handy tasks along the way. The only reason why I am not giving a top review is because the job took a bit longer than expected. The crew did a good job installing about 300 sq ft of sod and 3 yards of mulch. Sod is holding over a month in, the watering schedule was very helpful. Mulch was a little disheveled but they work quickly and it was easy to clean up myself. Jon was patient and put up with a lot of questions.
