We got our food very fast! The food was very good. I did not enjoy having to peel the shell off the end of the shrimp after it was covered in hot (temperature) sauce. Service was good- all the employees seemed to help each other out. Parking lot in front of the restaurant.

We had an excellent meal with friendly service and perfect weather on the patio the Strawberry Cafe. We started with the Fried Green Tomatoes with the lemon crab sauce which were perfect. I had the Train Car which was tasted like what you would get if a Philly Cheesesteak and a fried Shrimp Poor Boy had a beautiful baby. Doesn't sound like it would work - but it really does. The bites of the Crab Cake Sandwich, Shrimp & Grits, and the Strawberry Fields salad I had were all really good. I will add the onion rings I had with my sandwich were close to perfection.

I couldn't believe how good the food was and the drink was! Great service, delicious food, great ambience, and the bonus is the location. I believe this will be a regular place for me as I just move from out of state and truly enjoyed everything I ate! My only regret is that we were so full that we couldn't have dessert!

Strawberry Cafe for ever! Recently, we were driving from Chicagoland to New Orleans and decided to stop in Madison Mississippi for the night. Strawberry Cafe was the highest rated option, so we decided to give it a try. We were looking for a local restaurant, offering top-notch food. That is exactly what we found! We started with an appetizer: The Pita Melt - very tasty. Then I had a cup of the Cream of Crab Soup - it was delicious! For our entrees my wife enjoyed the Strawberry Fields Salad and I had the Pasta Creole which was excellent! Service was very friendly and very good. Prices are in-line with what you get. If I'm ever back in Madison I will definitely stop in again.

Food here is great! I ordered the French toast with bacon and a side of scrambled eggs with cheese! YUM!!!! The Bellini was in point too! The complimentary biscuits were delicious

First time eating here after hearing about it from friends. We enjoyed our dinner. We had soup of the day for appetizer, which was excellent andouille. She had the creole pasta, which had shrimp that had not been deveined, which was kind of disgusting. It wasn't very creole-y; needed more spice. He had general TSO's chicken, which was good, solid portion and spicy. Dessert was madison mud and caramel pie. The caramel pie was excellent. The madison mud was good, but not as rich as we'd like. We will likely return, however will skip the creole pasta/shrimp.

Sometimes when I allow myself to get too hungry, I drive around aimlessly looking for places to eat. I stopped at Hamil's but the line was too long and they had a medical emergency going on in the parking lot. So I kept driving around. Ended up eating lunch yesterday at Strawberry Cafe. It was a good choice, as I've only done weekend brunch there. Wasn't busy so I was happy about that. I was seated promptly with my drink order taken before I could put my purse down. I loved the biscuit with cinnamon butter they bring to every table. Hate I only had one though. I went with the shrimp poor boy (menu spelling) and onion rings. The bread was toasted but was still soft and wasn't drenched in remoulade sauce. The shrimp were plentiful and seasoned well. The onion rings lacked flavor to me. They are homemade but there was no seasoning in the batter. That was a total let down for me. Service was good. Can't complain about it at all. I saw some other dishes on the menu I wish to try so I will go back.

The food was really well prepared and the staff were super friendly and nice. The atmosphere inside was nice although a little crowded. However since it was a beautiful day we decided to sit outside which was great. The food was well priced with a entrees, appetizers, dessert, drinks and tip for two coming to less than $100.

There are lots of windows and it's quite comfortable. Our server was great. So good in fact, I have no recollection of them or the service. That's strange. Nothing. I can't even remember if they were male or female?!?!? I do however remember my food. We started with crab claws. They were darn tasty. Nice lemon flavor to the batter and the sauces were great accompaniments. Would recommend! For dinner I chose the Prime Chile Rubbed Flank Steak. Gosh damn was it good! Perfectly cooked, seared well, and still medium rare inside! The sauce was fantastic as well and the fresh cut Parmesan fries were a stupendous addition to the dish! I loved the whole damn thing!!! The spinach was quite unique and very good. It was like crispy sautéed of something. I must have made some noises that my dinner companion had to know about because he ate a couple slices of my steak after I was done. I thought about dessert but the boys didn't want to help so maybe next time!! I will come back here. I hope this meal was not a fluke!! I can't stop thinking about that damn steak!! '26 - 40

I had dinner at Two Rivers Restaurant recently, and it turned out to be a memorable meal…read more I went with the grilled redfish and the bacon-wrapped shrimp, and both dishes were prepared with real attention to flavor. The redfish had a beautifully seasoned crust from the grill, while the inside stayed moist and flaky. It tasted fresh and clean, with just enough smokiness to give it depth without overpowering the fish itself. The dining room felt warm and inviting, the kind of place where you can settle in and take your time. Staff members were courteous and checked in at the right moments without hovering. Overall, Two Rivers delivered a flavorful, well-executed seafood dinner in a comfortable setting. I'd gladly return to explore more of their menu.

After a successful purchase and a hemorrhaging from my credit card, we opted to celebrate the occasion with a meal. And Lo and behold Table 100 was just across the street from where we were. Ambiance 4 Stars - as you walk into the establishment, you are transported back where the warm wood interior, cozy white table cloth tables or booths, high end bar drinks, and classy servers in their white or black attire are waiting to serve you. There plenty of tables and booths to seat a plentiful of patrons. And if you need a little bit more private, you can request a private room depending how many are in the party. 4.5 Stars - Service: our server, Andrew was wonderful, professional and has a great sense of humor. We bantered throughout our dinner but the conversation never crossed over to make anyone uncomfortable. He was observant of our needs and when to bring our next course. Our glasses stayed full with our beverage. 4.25 Stars - Food We ordered from the dinner menu instead of lunch due to our timing at 3:00. Let's just call it "Linner". Haha. 4 Stars - Grilled Swordfish- My wife ordered the dish and came with a decent size grilled swordfish fish, sauté spinach, creamed mash potatoes, and a beurre blanc sauce (lemon, butter and dry white wine). The swordfish was thick and moist; not dry at all. The beurre blanc balanced the bland spinach and the seasoned swordfish. The creamed potatoes were creamy, buttery's and not too salty. 3.75 Stars - Pan seared Redfish with cube fried potatoes, sauté green beans, beurre blanc sauce and top w a Chilean tomato salsa. The redfish was moist and tasty but I wish it had a little bit seared on it for a crunchy factor. The cubed potatoes were good but nothing to write about. The fresh sauté green beans could have a bit more garlic butter. 3.5 Stars Side dish: Deep Fried Brussel Sprouts. Hot, steamy and fresh. Has a slight crunch on the exterior leaves and was seasoned w a sprinkle of salt. 3.75 Dessert: Crème Brûlée and coffee. The crème brûlée crust was crunchy and the vanilla egg custard was good and smooth. It would have been better was a scoop of fresh whipped cream to go with the fresh fruit and crunchy layer. 5 Stars - French pressed Italian coffee. The coffee was a highlight of the dessert. It was hot, fresh, and strong. Just like an Italian coffee should be. It was between an espresso and caffe' Americano. Our, server, Andrew did a wonderful job on the coffee! I definitely recommend this place and we will be back. Don't forget to ask for Andrew, if he is available.
