There's ample shade to keep you cool, so whether you want a hot or iced drink, you're bound to be comfortable. I ordered the cortado and a blueberry latte (at their behest), and they gave me free peanut butter treats for Bucky! They are also very fast! They have an excellent rhythm going and both my drinks (ordered at separate times) came out in less than a couple of minutes. The cortado is one of the best I've had in recent memory. And despite being served in a paper cup, there was no paper cup flavor! On my way out, I ordered the blueberry latte and after I got my photos, I mixed it up and it was absolutely delicious. I think they also sell their syrup. They also have really cool shirts. Overall, Blue Rodeo has excellent prices, excellent service, and excellent drinks. I wish I could give them more stars.

The ambiance this morning was sweet and serene. We walked up to the truck and tried to figure out the significance of June 25,1999. I couldn't figure it out, but I asked my brother (who would've been 9 at that time) and he immediately knew. That was a fun activity! I ordered a latte with a dab of honey. It was perfect! Just the right sweetness and a well balanced caffeine boost. Service was fast and friendly. Overall a great experience. Definitely, stop by and give them a try!

How did I immediately know their quality was still great? Their line never goes down. I ordered the cortado, the Kentucky Smoke, and a sausage and cheese kolache. The cortado was pretty much perfect - one of the best in the city. The Kentucky Smoke was also a delight. It's not too sweet, so if you want to change up your latte but not go tooth-achingly sweet, this flavor is a must. The kolache was great. It had croissant-like dough, was salty in the best ways, and overall very satisfying. Staff continues to be unfailingly nice. I was tempted to buy a bag of coffee, but since I haven't been making much coffee at home, I decided another time. Estate Coffee is one of those shops you are okay making the drive to, even if they're on the other side of the city. A San Antonio must-visit!

At first, from the outside, I thought I was walking into a barbershop because of the door, but stepping inside was a fun surprise. The space is really unique--almost like a mini indoor shopping mall. The coffee shop is right at the front, but as you walk further back, there's a barbershop and a few other small shops to explore. Despite all that, it still has a chill, relaxed vibe. Plenty of seating and big windows make it perfect for hanging out with a book. I ordered the Holiday Inn Cambodia coffee, and it was fantastic. the service was great. Barista gave me a few recommendations. I'll definitely be back--this is a great spot to unwind, read, or just get out of the house for a little while. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

The names of everything are amazing, too. We tried the Banana Cum Pie and the Brown Sugar Daddy. The owner took our order and recommended modifications (slightly less sweet). Everything was delicious; they weren't your standard coffee milkshakes from the name brand places, you could get the flavors on the menu and actual solid espresso besides. That said, it's only their second day, so I'm hoping it's just growing pains and things will get quicker as they settle in. Parking was free and plentiful during my visit, but the frutería next door was closed--so that may change once everything is fully open. Overall, a solid first visit with lots of potential.
