I've passed Mila coffee a few times and each time it has smelled yummy! I finally made it a point a friend to get coffee. Their menu is simple, which I appreciate. The staff was friendly. I got their cold brew and it was yummy. I like coffee and most times vendor coffees are always to sweet and I rarely taste the coffee. Mila's cold brew coffee was good! Flavorful. Coffee is delicious and consistent. Service can be very slow, but always kind and professional. This morning, my latte was hot and tasty. I definitely missed the mocha which is so rich and chocolaty, but I'm still on my no sugar kick. Make sure you have plenty of time and enjoy a cup. read more

The owners make the best coffee, and I genuinely enjoy supporting this business. Unfortunately, over the past week, the younger employees have not been making my order correctly. Each visit, at least one ingredient has been wrong--whether it was missing vanilla, missing honey, or using dairy milk instead of almond milk. I also overheard one employee mention they couldn't remember another customer's drink order, which made me concerned that more attention needs to be given to accuracy. I understand mistakes happen, but consistent order errors can affect the overall customer experience. I would encourage the staff to pay closer attention to customers' orders to help ensure continued business. Located next to makeready market and Idle beer. This stand alone coffee shop has a little bit for everyone. They are quick, so you won't have to wait too long. I stopped by and got the iced Horchata. They add a shot of espresso in it. it wasn't overly sweet. The guy at the register was friendly. Parking is street parking. If you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee outdoors, you can definitely do so as there are some tables and chairs available. Since it is an outside coffee shop, it is dog friendly. read more

I decided to do an updated review because of their new location at Make Ready Market. I once again had the Mexican Vanilla Latte (iced and with oat milk) and was blown away. The espresso and vanilla were perfectly balanced. This drink had the right amount of sweetness for me. Mila Coffee has truly mastered this popular drink. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. We stopped at this little food truck area just to try Mila's coffee. The two guys inside the truck were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I ordered my coffee based upon their recommendation and it was extremely good. I will definitely be going back , no complaints here. If you're in the area off Broadway, I highly recommend stopping in and getting yourself a nice coffee. I want to mention that the barista was extremely handsome , jet black hair, dark eyes. Such a cute adorable little coffee shop! I was across the street getting tacos at Pete's and I had to stop by for an iced coffee. This place is a cute little building where you walk up and order from their window. They had so many options, that seemed delicious. I opted for the iced caramel latte, and my husband got a cold brew with their Mexican vanilla. We loved our drinks. So yummy, strong, and creamy!! My husband and I stumbled upon this little coffee stand when we stopped by the Make Ready Market to have lunch. We decided to eat outside since we had our cat with us and pets aren't allowed inside. I watched the little coffee stand my entire meal. It is a very popular spot and the service was quick! Even with multiple people ordering, there was never a long wait. After a full meal, I decided I wanted a little iced drink. I decided to get my usual iced chai tea latte. My drink was made in less than a minute. Pricing was reasonable. My chai tea latte was delicious, but I've had better. I would definitely stop by again, if we lived near the area. read more

Hands down best coffee truck in Say-Town! I love finding excuses to stop by here for their espresso, cortado, or cappuccino. Simply the smoothest, strongest, and fastest prepared caffeinated beverage around. So good and very tough to beat these coffee beans! The staff is super nice, payment is fast, and oftentimes if you see a line queuing up its not a problem...it moves fast! Tip: Make sure to park across the street from the Broadway News for your parking, as it is typically not allowed in the parking lot next door to the Mila Coffee Truck. read more

Mila had been one of my mom and I's favorites for years before I moved out of San Antonio. Since returning a few months ago, I've visited the original coffee truck location a few times with my mom. It's been just as good as I remembered, but what really impressed me is the fact that the owner remembered our order as soon as we walked up to the window. This is one of the most popular spots in the city that now also has a second location, yet he still remembered our order. Give them a visit if you haven't already. Mila is good at their craft! One of the best cups of coffee I've had and iced lattes. Listen to the other reviews the Mexican Vanilla is one of their specialty and it's ABSOLUTELY delicious! Although sometimes they have a line it goes by fast, they got there service system down! Mila is a classic and one of the best in SA, super happy for there success in getting a second location. Went here today after eating at Pete's. Girl at the window was pretty rude and I have no idea why lol sucks to be her. They were out of a few menu items. Coffee was okay. It's a cute spot. I also have had their burritos. They are delicious and they have vegan cheese which is a plus for me. I've been wanting to try their tamales and thats probably on my next visit. Plenty of parking available. Lots of sitting inside and outside. The inside is spacious and breathable with a ton of comfy spots to sit. I forgot to request alternative milk. We were just going to purchase another cup with almond milk. They made me a cup without charge. How sweet is that. Additionally, my husband saw a board where strangers can buy each other coffee. So naturally we repaid their kindness by getting two strangers a cup and left some notes of encouragement. Mila coffee is a one of a kind place. I really like their coffee and menu. It's good simple and un expensive also pastries are really good. What I get is a cappuccino as is.
