My experience: 1. Wouldn't accept 1 $ first month promo after paying online (despite it being at the top of the homepage) 2. Infested with mosquitos 3. No lights inside ground floor unit 4. My credit card info was stolen after renting here I tried to call and talk to them about all of this, and the last guy even confirmed the mosquito infestation. The employees were nice enough but couldn't really do much to help, due to their "policies". I'd suggest renting from one of the many other facilities in the area over this one. read more

Great experience with StorQuest. The response to my pricing request was immediate. I arrived on move in day and was greeted by Billie. I cannot say enough kind words regarding her service. She was thorough and constantly asking if I had any questions. The facility was clean, well it and appeared to be very secure with several cameras and a security robot patrolling the perimeter. read more

I used this facility under its previous ownership but was not happy with my overall experience so I was hesitant to give it a try. But Malik made my return a pleasure. He back to me quickly, offered me special pricing, and made me feel welcome. Great value and good overall experience. After moving back to California I had a bit of a waiting period from when I arrived to when my tenant to moved so I needed to get storage set up. I was able to do everything online from the east coast. Coming in to switch out their lock for mine was super easy. And 5 months later when I moved back to my house it was just as easy to close out. Both interactions with employees were extremely positive. Employees were very courteous, professional, and efficient. StorQuest had a simple price and process for me to use a unit in their facility. I paid for 4 months of service on a 10x10 unit and then the day I go to move out, I needed to use the bathroom in an emergency and they told me to walk down the street and use the bathroom at a Chevron because their bathroom was not for customers. The bathroom at Chevron was closed. I came back to StorQuest as my movers were still unloading the unit and I still still needed a bathroom. Once again StorQuest said they would not let me use their bathroom and now to go to another store. MORAL OF THE STORY: Do NOT invest your hard earned dollars in a business that does little to help you out and especially who can't help out in an emergency. People may forget what you do or say, but they never forget how you made them feel. I guarantee you there are other storage unit companies out there with better prices and better service. Aww man now Storquest is even better. I wanted to save a few bucks and ask if I could move to a different promotional unit. I was fully accommodated and customer service was on point. Ruth found a unit saving me at least $30.00 a month. And to make it even better it not far from the first unit. Ruth is the reason for living. Stay way from this place. Rats got into our unit and left excrement everywhere - likely because there were people essentially living in some of these units and leaving food all over the place (and yes, we did witness this the few times we went to the unit). This is obviously hazardous to human health. When I spoke with the manager of the unit Micah, asking for a refund and help cleaning out the affected items he denied responsibility, claimed that they have rodent service and "do their best" (ha...as if that excuse works) and hung up the phone. It's not like this was cheap service by any means so the fact that we had our items ruined and get treated the way we did is very upsetting. read more

So I get there about 2pm today, office doors say "open" but doors locked, I waited till the lady sees me but she never does so I knock, no response so I knock loudly, she waves a finger at me like 'hold on' but then she leaves the office gets into her car and drives away without saying a single word. Ashley is amazing! Wonderful costumer service! We've been looking for storage unit for a while now. We searched everywhere in east bay. They all been dirty and associate were grumpy or unprofessional. But not at this location. First of all they are wearing mask. They schedule people in different times so we didn't even pass by anyone else (which wasn't the case in other places). When we arrived Ashley greeted us warmly and helped us with everything we needed. She was patient to answer all our questions and found us the best deal and storage unit that met our need.
