It was clean, organized, and Christine was the person I met when I got there. She was very nice and was very patient in helping me understand the process and what I like to call "Storage Lit" was a very pleasureable experience for me. I wound up getting a rental that day and it was super easy. I highly recommend this place and will save you the leg work... the others in the White Plains area are dingy, smelly, and are old so there is lots of dust and smelly carpets. This place cannot wven compare to the others! Ask for the deals they currently have. You get a nice break in the beginning but your contract will go to regular pricing once you have determined the package you get. You will be very happy here!

DON'T USE THESE STORAGE UNITS OR DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Purchase the highest priced insurance…read morethey offer! I opted for the lowest insurance which garners you only $2,000 recovery if, in fact, you need it. Boy did I need it! That $2,000 didn't cover the bed I had to replace as my 'new bed stored there' was destroyed by rodents as was my three piece couch, the majority of my clothes, pillows, carpets, basically everything had to be tossed. I spent $300 plus a month FOR NOTHING, and management couldn't care less and would not right that wrong. The place is disgusting, in spite of how clean it looks. BUYER BE WARE!!!! Look at pictures I posted of the damage to my property on 6/2/2017. I am still reeling from it as I've been without a couch since. Awful service. Did not come through when needed, no reimbursement, absolutely nothing. No skin off their chins. DISGUSTING.

This one was close by, so I decided to go ahead and try it out. It wasn't high class by any means... But I never imagined it would be as bad as it is. I had to literally dump off piles and piles of rat and mice poop that was covering every box and surface in my unit. Not only that, but clothing items are ruined from mouse urine. It smells awful... This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. For nearly $100 this should not be happening. Ever. Horrible quality. I am so upset about my things being ruined, I have been paying for insurance on my unit... Let's see if this is even covered!!!! the pictures I took do not do the heinous conditions justice... Save yourself the headache and nausea, go **literally** anywhere else For storage!!!!

Because of a huge increase over the summer I moved to a smaller unit in the building figuring it would be cheaper than hiring a moving company to go to another company. New rent seemed reasonable in September - just got a notice that it is going up 45% from $178 to $258. Where do they have to nerve to keep increasing at these rates. I am going to move. I heard Westy in Elmsford is good and they guarantee rates for two years. DO NOT RECOMMEND
