If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. Staff Rebecca at the front desk is unprofessional, rude, could not answer any questions, was yelling at me and kept saying she didn't know she's only worked there 2 months. Constant increases! They say it can only be increased a certain percentage and then they double your rent! Worst storage unit I have ever experience and old and dirty. Do not store your stuff here unless you want to be moving storage units soon!! read more

StorQuest Self Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Camarillo, California

We haven't even had our belongings stored for a month and someone cut the lock off the door and stole our belongings and tore up the unit. It's close to the front, too, no one saw. We will be filing a police report. I do not recommend storing anything valuable here. read more

Overpriced as rent climbs exponentially; also storage items get extremely dirty. My unit was facing the freeway and I was shocked how dirty my contents became. They also automatically bill your credit card which is not good. If you leave early they will not reimburse you either. read more

Highly recommend StorQuest in Camarillo! Rebecca was terrific in helping me get my storage unit all set up.

Good prices, lower than any of the other storage places around. It's a little lower budget but it's clean and the managers on site are very nice to deal with. read more

Consumer WARNING!/FRAUD !! Never rent month to month. They will TRIPLE the pricing on you after 1 month. Make sure your contract clearly states one year or two years and get that price locked in or they will rob you! I believe in capitalism, but this clear usery & fraud. Send message here if you'd like to join me in a class action lawsuit in this clear fraud. read more

I've never stored anything there, because honestly the prices are higher than their competitors near by, but I'm posting this review on the customer service. It was great, Tamara took me around on a tour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. read more

You do not get extended hours if you sign up for monthly autopay, you get restricted hours of 9a-5p (from the posted access hours of 6a-8p) if you don't. This distinction escapes the staff and customer service team. We discovered this one morning when trying to access the facility. I called the customer service line and the agent I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude. Despite confirmation that our dues were paid, they would not allow us to access our unit and made us wait 20 minutes until our 'access time' started. The rates here are no better than the rest of the local market. We selected this place based on location NOT based on service or value. This was really close to a two star rating for the the misrepresentation of access hours and 'extended hours' as well as the horrendous customer service experience I had on the phone. At the end of the day, the unit is clean(ish) and conveniently located (for us) and the service issue was largely attributed to off site employees. read more

StorQuest Self Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Camarillo, California

We used this service to store our RV for about 18 months. I was extremely impressed with Tamara and her customer service. I really felt like she was on the look-out for our RV. There were multiple times she would personally call me to notify me of an issue with the cover, a window open, etc. The location is easy to get in and out of and although not the cheapest in the area, felt it was good value for the money (versus a lot with no onsite supervision). read more

StorQuest is great mainly due to their manager Tamara. She is always friendly, professional and helpful. I see her frequently checking on units to make sure that everything is maintained ship-shape. The units are spotless and well maintained. I had rented a unit with another agency prior to Storquest. They allowed someone to store produce, which made the place smell like a garbage can -- not to mention attracting roaches and mice, which of course found their way into my unit. You won't find that at Storquest. I recently had an emergency and needed to move to a larger unit. Tamara was patient and showed me several units available. She didn't pressure me in any way -- just provided details to help me make my decision. I am absolutely a satisfied customer. Thanks Tamara! read more

It's unfortunate that I must leave negative feedback about this business however they have left me no alternative. A friend had a storage space and was experiencing financial difficulties paying, so to assist my friend and storequest, I stepped up and paid the bill so that neither party suffered a loss. Eventually my friend moved out of space which was communicated to Storequest. Here's where it gets problematic: Storquest continued to bill my credit card 900.00/month. I made them aware of issue and they refuse to reverse the charge. In their defense, the space was finally empty and turned over to them the day after the charge was made on credit card. I offered to prorate and pay for the 1 day, but they refused and charged 900.00. So I am paying for a month of storage but have no access as they have deprogrammed my gate code and locked my space. I did not sign a contract as this is not my space so I do not feel obligated to pay. Unfortunately the district manger has chosen to take advantage of the situation rather than do the right thing. As a result I cannot recommend this company. MY FRIEND WAS ABLE TO FIND THE SAME SIZE SPACE AT EXTRA SPACE STORAGE FOR $375.00! I RECOMMENDED EXTRA SPACE ON 5th STREET IN OXNARD. I WILL BE FILING A SMALL CLAIMS ACTION AGAINST STORQUEST. read more

Had a very positive and friendly experience with the store manager Tamara Gonzalez at this StorQuest location. The location was very clean. All COVID-19 safety protocols were in place and adhered to. Tamara was professional very knowledgeable and friendly. My reserved space was cleaned and ready for me. Excellent A+ experience. Thanks again. read more

Absolutely the beat storage facility. Tamara and Carol are extremely helpful. Very easy and smooth process. Would definitely recommend!

Keep looking. Very strict on late charges despite life changes. These places are everywhere and i wouldn't bother

While this facility isn't sparkly new like some of the others in town, it is the cheapest and best bang for your buck. Security cameras, access codes to get in and out, and there's always somebody on site during the access hours. Tamara the manager is friendly and personable, and will always help you out. read more

This is a quick review to acknowledge Tamara for her excellent customer service. Last night, Tamara contacted me at home, informing me that my car cover had been blown off by the dangerously high winds reported in Ventura County. I quickly rushed over to the site and while I was replacing the cover, I witnessed Tamara, not only driving around checking the premises, but actually inspecting various vehicle covers/tarps ensuring their effectiveness against the wind. Additionally, I saw other StorQuest clients arrive/depart after checking their respective covers and Tamara speaking with them directly -- because she had personally contacted them as well. Tamara is an employee that "went the extra mile" to ensure that clients were informed and that their property was safe and secure. Tamara was professional, congenial, thoughtful and willing to be of service to others. Great employees of her level and work ethic are rare these days -- and StorQuest is very fortunate to have an employee like Tamara on their team! Thank you Tamara for everything you do - in the front office and more importantly behind the scenes! M.Hadley Camarillo, CA read more

Came here they gave me the best deal ever !! The girls that work here are awesome!! Great place and safe. read more

Horrible horrible wait times with nowhere to sit and wait. Store is way too busy for one person to be working. And no lights in 5X10 storage rooms. Every time I've come here I have waited at least 40 minutes. Today there was a wait time of an hour and a half to be helped by customer service. The customer service rep was courteous and apologetic. Just the wait times are horrendous. read more

Great service, very quick and efficient very nice staff. Was super convenient with where i'm staying!

We rent a unit as well as rent several uhauls a month and every time we are treated like a key client. Our unit is well maintained and easy to access and the rentals go smoothly. It is a HUGE bonus that we can take advantge of the drop box feature because sometime we are done with our rentals at 2:00 AM! Thank you, Tamra & Jicelle for providing a service that is valuable to us and always on point! Bill & Kim R. read more

I had reserved the smallest storage unit, and had encountered a few issues throughout the day that resulted in my check in and moving to be postponed, and before I knew it, it was 15 minutes before they closed! I called all worried about the time, explained my situation, and they gladly took me in right as they were closing. Speedy check in, efficiency at its finest, and after open hours. I cannot even begin to thank them enough for doing this huge favor for me, as I didn't want to be stuck paying for an extra day on my U-HAUL truck, so I definitely recommend!!! read more

Tamara is so great! I really have been overwhelmed with all my things to store. I searched in the area for the best rates around. Not only are the rates a great deal, but the services from Tamara exceed my expectations. I also rented a Uhaul from them, which she accommodated me in that process. Every time I go there, which is every other day, Tamara is out there sweeping up and making her rounds, which shows her commitment to this place. I trust this company and I am very happy about my decision. Thank you! read more

Tamara was very nice, Professional and helpful with my sign up and making sure i had what i needed. She walked me through the process step by step. I will be recommending them in the future. I was looking for a unit and I needed to secure it FAST. They bent over backwards to help us get a unit in extremely short order! We were able to rent a unit from out of state, with ease. The staff was caring, prompt, their follow up was stellar, and their customer service was caring, and considerate. StoreQuest is the go-to place for hassle free storage rental, because they made it easy, professional, and pleasant. Thanks for your outstanding customer service! read more

This storage facility differentiates itself from its competitors by delivering sub-par service. You're familiar with the kind of service that is barely good enough to keep you but always irking you to search other options. In our last visit we were rudely greeted by Giselle and Dahlia, two assistant managers who have a lot to learn about managing and assisting (where's Cliff Paul when you need him). We could not find our gate code and were rudely and half attentively un-assisted. I guess you could call them un-assistant managers specializing in not being helpful while crawling under your skin with their negative attitudes and horrible people skills. If you can avoid using this storage facility I would highly recommend doing so. Of course they are helpful to get you signed in, but every experience after that has been less than sufficient. read more

Very old storage location. Interesting group of people who just hang around the parking lot. Be watchful. Girls behind the desk are super nice but very unorganized. No inside air conditioning so I suggest not moving in on a hot day. You get what you pay for. read more

I wouldn't even want to give one star but I don't think you can give zero stars. First off our brand new 5th wheel trailer has been hit twice in the year we have been there. Secondly today was the 3 time we were not able to re-store our trailer because the vehicle parked next to us was to big. The front desk said " what do you want us to do we need to rent the space". So if you value your vehicle and would like to be able to drop your vehicle when you return it to this facility this is not the place for you. We are currently looking for a new location. read more

Very helpful. I had to find a storage unit last minute and the manager stayed late on a holiday to make sure I got into a unit.

We needed a storage unit, and U-Haul on short notice, and Tamara was VERY friendly, and helpful in helping me find just the right amount of space. The unit itself was clean and in good repair. Thanks StorQuest! read more

Have had the pleasure of working with Tamara and Jescile. They have been very helpful in my time storing my things. Tamara is very sweet, professional and has a good heart. She has helped me during a difficult time by not following protocol and using logic and patience. Even during the sign up process, she walked me through the process step by step so there was no confusion. I'd recommend Stor Quest Camarillo to anyone. So glad I came across this place. My only recommendation would be to have a website where you can make payments on line. Otverwise, 5 star treatment read more

StorQuest helped us, the PV Historical Society, out of a very tough spot.
