Took my daughter here because she loves seafood. It's pricey, but amazing. The boil we chose was king crab legs with scallops, sausage, corn, and red potatoes. The price came to about $97. It weave a mountain of crab from it though.. so well worth the price tag. We chose the butter garlic old bay sauce, it's a winner for sure. The service was so friendly and on point, our waitress was a delight. The vibe of the place is interesting, there is graffiti all over every available service, which is cute in the dining room where it's kept clean.. but the bathrooms are atrocious! Just beware.. there is a film of filth at the handle that locks the stall.. and visible grime on the stall walls. Just yuck. read more

The food was very good. We came in with a group of 9 to celebrate birthdays. Because we had a group of 6 or more, the gratuities were included in the bill. The service was HORRIBLE. She was getting 18% regardless of the service we received. Our bill for 5 people, she received $40.00. If the service would have been on point or at least good, she would have received at least 20%. She didn't deserve anywhere near 18%.... read more

The food was so delicious and there was so much left over to take home. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Food is not as good as it used to be. Staff was slow and unable to do anything but play on their phones. The restaurant needed deep cleaning. There was so much dried food debris stuck to the window shades it was disturbing. Used to love this place but probably won't be back until I hear things have improved. read more

Go on a Sunday and see how long it takes to get the food and checks. The ac doesn't work so it's hot inside the restaurant. Didn't get something I ordered and thankfully it wasn't added to my bill. Wouldn't come again. Did 2 hours of being here but only did like 10 minutes of eating. Waste of time coming here read more

Storming Crab - Fried Cod Fish (4) Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Sweet Potato Fries - Cajun/Creole Near Me - Youngstown, Ohio

My wife and I went for dinner and was seated right away and the waitress came and took our drink order but was not seen again. Multiple other tables were seated around us and had their drink orders taken and filled while my wife and I continued to wait. Over 30 minutes passed and my wife and I finally just left. Excellent seafood boil cooked perfectly. Extra attention from our server and great personality.

Shrimp were huge, moist but batter was burned. Scallops were huge but needed another minute in the fryer... not quite done. Sent baked oyster 'appetizer' back as it came with dinners and was raw. Only 1 cook in kitchen, the server made no excuses and did not to deal with a problem right away... and the whole place seems dirty. Not going to lastly read more

Wasn't sure what to expect when we went. Loved the crab cakes as an appetizer, and loved to creole boil. They were able to substitute and upgrade the king crab. Meal was more than enough for two people. Staff was patient and wonderful about helping us choose dinner items. read more

Okay so it's taken me a minute to write this review. I will say that this place has been on my mind everyday since I tasted their food back in March!? The food is fresh and seafood is cooked perfectly. We had shrimp, fried fish, crab cake and some cole slaw. Everything was seasoned and packaged up well. I haven't visited since this whole pandemic started but it's one of my favorite spots in the area for the quality and what you get for the price. read more

First they tried to say the order wasn't there(IT WAS they just didn't turn on their tablets) then The girls who handle the ordering & pick up dont even know the restaurants correct prices. I was told my create your own combo came with 1/2 a lb when on there website & doordash it clearly states 1 full lb of each. I refuse to be overcharged for their incompetence. Ive been ordering & eating here for 3 years! I get the same thing EVERYTIME. Please train your employees better! read more

Service is HORRIBLE. 7 total tables in the whole restaurant on a Friday night and waited 20 mins for a waitress to come over to even take our drink order. The crab legs wouldn't even break open and barely had any crab in them. NOT worth the money AT ALL. Better off making your own crab boil. Waitress waited until we were finished to check on us. Never again!!! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A TEEN, OTHERWISE YOU MAY GET FALSELY ACCUSED OF VANDALISM While the food was great and our waitress was polite, i would not recommend coming to this place due to the accusations of uninvolved employees who go out of their way to message a teenager by going through receipts signatures to find their full name on social media in an attempt to intimidate and accuse a group of customers for allegedly trashing a bathroom, and saying they have video evidence of your friend-group running in and out of the bathrooms with a bag and stuffing it down the toilet yet the camera footage shows no short of running or bag of trash. During this encounter the staff swore and remained unprofessional and threatening to make your friends pay the price for vandalism and getting the cops involved to which the cop says that there was no evidence of the so called vandalism all while the employee who swore and messaged the teenager hide in the back. no compensation was giving to the accused group despite them remaining professional while explaining how they had no sort of involvement in the bathrooms being a mess (probably because they are only deep cleaned ONCE a day. ) read more

My daughter and her friends went there last night for her 18th birthday. They left the restaurant and an hour later, one of the young girls received an Instagram message from an employee named Sarah C., accusing her of vandalizing the restaurant. She found this young girl's name from her receipt then attacked her on Instagram. The kids immediately went back there to question what she was talking about. Long story short, 8 kids total (3 of them black). This Sarah C. falsely accused the 3 black girls of throwing toilet paper and food in the bathroom, then lied and said they had video of the girls "smiling" after leaving the bathroom. Boardman police came, listened to this nonsense and then left after basically saying the restaurant was goofy for even calling for this (Video showed them go into the bathroom, left out shortly after). My issue: you racially profiled these kids for whatever reason, you attacked a child on behalf of the restaurant on HER Instagram page and once the restaurant is called out on this for being BS, the manager did not even apologize to any of those kids for THEIR employee falsely accusing them. This is unacceptable and I won't ever eat at this establishment again. read more

The waitress was spot on and so was the food. We had a blast, the kids enjoyed writing their names on the wall and the music was perfect. read more

If you want overpriced gimmicky food this is the place for you. I went to the grand opening. I was looking forward to it. The positive was our waitress. She had a great attitude and she really likes the food but really could provide no assistance in how to navigate the menu. The prices aren't very clear you have to consult the chalkboards located throughout the restaurant to figure out how much something is going to cost. Here is the part I loved if you want to make your own combo you take the whole price and divide it in half to get the total cost. I don't know about you but I prefer to not have to do math when I go out to eat. You get a piece of complimentary bread that contains traces of seafood and very little flavor. It smells great and is covered in cheese but there really was no flavor. Clam chowder came and it looked beige which was very off putting. The bowl of soup was not full, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't worth half of what they were charging. The crabcakes were done in a fryer not sautéed in a skillet. They were left down too long. The hush puppies that came with them were very odd. Brown on the outside and white on the inside and the consistency was as if someone took and made white grits and got them so they were like a brick and then put a coating on them and fried them. Very strange and not very good. Sauces come with the apps but nobody told us what they were. Good concept just needs a lot of work. The gator bites were ok. The batter they were done in was not bad at all. We were going to get a boil but we wanted to see how the appetizers went. None of them were great so we passed on getting any more food. This was the grand opening and the floor didn't look like it had been mopped after it was installed. We left are credit card and the waitress did come out in the rain to give it to us which was wonderful but not enough to make up for the food. read more

THIS IS A BOIL ! If you don't know what a seafood boil is, better do your research. Otherwise put on a bib and lean on into it. We had the #2 Cajun Mild. The heat scale is very accurate. Mild was mild yet you can taste Cajun spices. The trick to a good boil is timing. Somethings just take longer to cook. This batch miss the mark on the corn, it was a bit over done. But everything else was spot on. A definite something new in the neighborhood worth visiting. read more

Saw this and also read the mixed reviews. So let me throw it out like this... we were seated promptly on a Friday evening. Our server Sonni was fantastic and started us off with seafood bread and cold beers. Hubby and I opted for an appetizer of clam strips and then we split the number 4 dinner combo with the old bay garlic butter/medium heat. And that dinner combo was HUGE (snow crab legs, crawfish, sausage, potato, corn, shrimp)!! We also added a side of hush puppies also very tasty . We put our best foot forward and we still couldn't put a dent in the massive amount of delicious food! We will def be back if we are ever in the area again! Yummy!! read more

Ate here for lunch recently. We had the crab cake appetizer which was pretty good. My husband ordered a fried shrimp basket & a fried oyster basket. I ordered the shrimp poor boy sandwich. Came here with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was flavorful and delicious. For some reason I couldn't order 1/2 lbs seafood so I had to get 1 lb of each. A pound of dungeness crab, a pound of white clams, and a pound of black mussels. My husband wanted to get a po boy sandwich but those weren't available to order that night (‍). He panicked and ordered some chicken tenders and a side of cajun rice. I can't speak for the chicken but i had some of the rice and that was also delicious! I will be back whenever i am in town again. definitely recommend this place. read more

Parking is abundant, the decor is cool and the wait staff is friendly. Food is ehh...in my opinion totally not worth the money. 2 people can easily spend $100 eating dinner for food that's quality doesn't justify it. I won't go back myself, but if you like seafood boils and live in the Youngstown area, it's not like you have a lot of options. read more

Great Cajun food! Gumbo was perfect and had some heat. Crawfish etouffee was delicious! But $5.00 for a draft beer? Ridiculous read more

The one star is literally for the food, which was just okay. There was a group of us that went out for my friend's birthday. The service was horrible. My friend's mom mentioned to 3 different waiters about the STICKY FLOOR!!! Who in their right mind would let paying customers be seated in an area with a such a dirty sticky floor. I even mentioned to a waiter while we were leaving and she was acting so rude saying the floor wasn't sticky as she saw my shoe sticking. Also, the reason for the one star, the waiter we had, just might have been having an off day, but she really ruined our experience. Didn't even wish my friend a happy birthday. Just poor service, didn't even give refills on our drinks. Management needs to do some serious training. You lost 7 customers. read more

Mixed review here: I give 5 stars for the food & service, but 1 star for allowing people to destroy Your restaurant. Profanity & tagging all over the walls, all over the beautiful woodwork, profanity & filthy drawings & phone numbers in your bathrooms. Paint is about their only answer along with trespassing people openly drawing on the walls, the Venetian blinds & timbers. My husband and I were there yesterday afternoon at 4:00, on a Sunday. Every other restaurant in restaurant row we're either packed or halfway full. The parking lot was empty, maybe 2-3 other patrons. The servers are very friendly- but I was shocked to watch a young woman in the booth next to us climb up on the booth & write something on the already destroyed blinds with a magic marker. I've no idea if this is encouraged at all of Your restaurants, but some tagging is quite high up on the rafters, in which case you allow patrons to climb up on the booth dividers. You're asking for a lawsuit when someone falls. Sadly, I anticipate this restaurant closing soon. I hear another one opened in Erie PA. If it stays clean, we'll go there. PLEASE, START TRESPASSING PEOPLE FOR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS. If I'm wrong and all Your restaurants allow this filth, profanity & destruction, I'm sorry. You are Discouraging families from coming in. The food was very good, but the atmosphere was disturbing. We'll do take out next. IF it's still open. read more

My husband o decided to try something new to us so it was our first time here. The menu is limited, the atmosphere has a pirate feel and the service was decent. Now on to the food, the most important reason to go to a restaurant right? I hope to save someone from wasting their hard earned $$. Nothing we had tasted right. The corn on the cob was cold and mushy, my fried cod was gray and had an awful taste. My husband had the fried shrimp and was not impressed. He even said his beer tasted stale. You'll see o rarely give bad reviews and never one star. This place deserves it. read more

This place's atmosphere is awesome, tasteful sea food, and our waiter was great! 10/10 although the older crowd may not like the graffiti ;)

Service much improved over first visit. Food preparation spot on, not cooked too long. Shrimp can be difficult to peel if overcooked, no such issues this time. Server was attentive without being overbearing. I'm happy to report improvement in this area, and the kitchen still has it with cooking all the seafood properly. They could still stand to use better sausage, though. Tastes like same store bought Eckrich kielbasa, not a proper andouille sausage as should be served with these boils. The place to go if you're hankering to get your hands messy eating shrimp, crab, crawfish, mussels, corn, sausage and potatoes. read more

Very expensive for what you get and the graffiti everywhere kind of makes things look dirty and there is no monitoring of what's written unfortunately. Wait time for food was ridiculous. Corn was cold, food okay not great. The only positive was our waitress, very nice. Will not be back read more

I have been to this place about 2x and it has always been a great experience. The food is so good and the prices, you can't beat it. Each time I have been, the service have been great although the boils take a while, it comes very hot. I have also tried their fried shrimp basket and chicken wings, both were also delicious. Wish the wings were a bit more crispy. It's also cool how you can put your names on pretty much any surface to let people know, you were there . Overall, I enjoyed the place and I see myself returning when in Ohio. read more

So excited new restaurant. Love the big crab outside. Menu was confusing ,next time we will know. Not a long wait. Did not like the tables(booths) in the center ,too open, felt like I was sharing with the next table. Service was slow, but friendly. I'm sure that will improve. The seafood bread is to die for. Did not know what to expect, thank goodness they dumped our boil in a pan. Great for sharing a lot of food. They give you all the tools you need to dig in, would have liked some bread to dip in the delicious sauce, and some wet wipes when we were done, but did not have the opportunity to ask. We left with a bag of seafood, would have liked it in a waxed cardboard lidded container. Nice bar area. read more
