Accuserve assigned Pioneer Home Solutions to our repairs. It took over a year to get a new standard-size window! Pioneer Home Solutions failed to fulfill its obligations with Accuserve and consistently submitted inaccurate bids to our insurance company. They refused to complete the work until they received additional money from our insurance company, who agreed to pay them more money. When I called Pioneer to schedule the job, they refused to do the work because they still wanted more money! The owner called us with Jayme Woodey and asked us to tell Accuserve the work was done so they could get paid. They essentially held hostage for more money. Pioneer Home Solutions displayed a complete lack of organization and professionalism throughout the process. They didn't care my teenage daughter was sleeping in a room that was easily accessible without a window! They were more concerned with making a profit than completing the job efficiently and effectively. Ultimately, we had to find another contractor to finish the job properly, which cost us even more time. As I mentioned, getting a new standard-size window took over a year! I strongly advise against hiring Pioneer Home Solutions, as their incompetence and lack of professionalism made our experience a complete nightmare.

They needed to sign the check and send it to the mortgage company to get more funds. This is common practice and something this company should know. We will be contacting our mortgage company and insurance adjuster to let them know we will need to hire someone else to complete the work. We will NEVER use this company again.

A 2nd roofer in the neighborhood offered to take at look at the roof. When he & our insurer (Allstate) was done, there was $22,235 damage found on the roof alone, not counting window flashing, gutter & gutter screen damage, along with 2 sides of the house needing hail damage putty & paint. The 2nd roofer took the time to negotiate "apples to apples" with Allstate as they weren't going to replace the roof with same level of materials as was damaged. Furthermore, the roofer advised us that there were 4 layers of felt on the roof atop the OSB, when the roof building code says 1. Assured did our roof twice due to Certainteed shingle delamination, so 2 of those layers of felt was their work in our current history. I will be asking to see the permit from the City before & insist the City take a look after it's done. The cost is worth it. I now have a class 4 roof at no extra cost.

Our HOA interviewed several roofing companies before selecting United Roofing & Restoration to…read morereplace the roofs and skylights on all eight of our buildings. We had had previous experience with them doing repair work on our old roof, so we knew they were honest and prompt. They took their service to a whole new level with our project, though. The removal of the existing cement tiles was extremely labor intensive and involved hauling off tons of material. Everything was very well choreographed and handled very quickly in phases. Repairs were made to the decking where necessary and new metal flashing was installed where needed. Then the new class 4 asphalt shingles were installed, some of that during a rather intense wind storm. Finally, new gutters were mounted. Throughout the entire project (including before and after), Scott Coleman was very responsive to our questions and made a point of keeping both the Board and residents informed of when their buildings would be under construction. There were always at least two supervisors/foremen on site during the entire project (kudos to Caden & Dave, in addition to Scott) to handle any problems that arose. All the work was completed in just under two weeks (when we had planned on at least three weeks) and our residents are very pleased. Scott and his company are somewhat of a rarity these days...honest, communicative and fairly priced. I highly recommend them for any roofing project you might be considering, whether single family or commercial.

Our roofs (I live in a condo/townhome community) were cement tile roofs, they lasted by the grace of God for 29 years. We changed to very good quality shingles and I didn't realize how much insulation a new roof provides. I live in AZ in the winters now and when I came home to Colorado for the spring and summer, I was freezing. The new roof was put on the week of April 29th (my building was the first done) and immediately, I could turn off my heat and felt warmth. We also had them replace all skylights which were replaced with better skylights that could withstand 2-inches of hail. Also, they devised some deviation to the new downspouts so that they would not get run over by the snowplows or other residents. Scott, Cayden (sp?) and Dave are the owners and at least one if not all three were on site during the whole experience supervising their workers. They all went above and beyond and I can't express what a pleasant experience although stressful this was because the owners made it pleasant and were on-site, answered questions, assisted with clean up, etc. Everything went oh soooo smoothly! If you decide to use this company in the future, you will be unexpectedly delighted. Great experience!
