I just had my roof done by Academy, and it was a really good experience. I interviewed quite a few…read moreroofing companies and was not impressed by their professionalism. They'd show up late (or not at all), fail to send me the quote, or not respond when I contacted them. Academy was very responsive. It did take them a while, they were probably 2 months behind when I called so I had to wait for a quote. But it turns out there was a reason for that, they do good work and are busy. I had great communication with them from everyone I talked to along the way, from the scheduler to the sales guy, all of them followed up after the job was done to see if I was happy. They were able to do the job in 2 days (could have been one but they ran out of shingles the first day), and did a great job on clean up. I was a little worried, cause it's a very messy thing to have done, but they got just about everything picked up. I've had a lot of work done to my house in the past year, and I was impressed by this company. I would definitely hire them again for a roofing project.
