This one however, had the best rating on BBB, best feedback on Google. Donny was efficient and understanding of the need for immediacy. Start to finish was a week. No detail was too small. No question was too mundane. He took care of the permit and inspection too. Donny is very professional and personable. I would love to use him again but glad I don't have to...that's why I give him this five star review instead!!

When they finished the roof repair they left the heating tape hanging off the roof and did not put it back on. I had to call them back out to finish the job but by then it had snowed and it couldn't be put back properly. I was selling my house so the work couldn't be fixed until this last summer so I agreed to pay $650 of the bill then even though they hadn't finished the job and the rest when they finished. It is now November, 1 year since they replaced the roof and they are now billing me the $350. In addition, when I expressed my displeasure for how this has happened, he called me entitled and is threatening to ruin my credit and take me to court. I have no problem paying what I should pay, that is not the issue. The issue is that he sent me an invoice a year later, with no photos, no explaining or any type of details. Just a bill. I never should have had to call them to do the job right that I was being charged for and $1000 for 30 minutes of work is excessive. He is now being extremely rude and refuses to take responsibility for doing such an unprofessional job. I pay my bills and I will pay this as well but I would not ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. The unprofessionalism is beyond reprehensible. How Donny is talking to me is awful

It appeared that my home was taken care of & I was pleased with the roof. However, I did have to report that it appears the gutter was not draining properly during any rain. I was told that someone would come over & look at it. I was told this a few times but no, the bill was paid, & it was not a priority or a concern about my gutter operating properly. Then E&M just stopped promising and no one ever came to check the gutter. I made it clear and I was home when someone was supposed to check it over, did not happen. They had the potential to receive 5 stars from me, but once paid, my concern about the gutter was never addressed. Maybe this report will get their attention as my calls never did. (Put a bucket out, put a hose out, can you be home?) I did all of these requests and no one came by.

We went through multiple different roofing companies and got quotes from 5. Beyond Roofing was one…read moreof the most affordable. We initially picked another company being the cheapest trying to save $100. Boy was THAT a mistake. After signing a contract for that price, they inflated the cost to almost double saying it was an "error" and we needed to sign a new contract. We had to jump through hoops and retain an attorney to cancel that original contract. So you can imagine how skeptical we were when we decided to pick Beyond Roofing next. I about want to cry just thinking how lucky we got. They never raised the original price, they didn't play games, and most importantly... their work is top notch! Our house looks AMAZING. Other companies, you'll wait 2-4 weeks for material to come in, then another 2-4 weeks for the roof to be actually done. NOT with Beyond Roofing. One week! Yeup, within one week we had a signed contract and our roof done. We ended up spending additional money to re-do our decking... but it was our choice. What we suggest to people is do your research. Read the reviews. If they're off by a couple hundred dollars, go with Beyond Roofing. We regret not doing that from the start because it could've saved us 2 months of battling with another company who was shady, shady, shady! Todd inspected our roof and Dan did our contract. Both were super responsive and would get back to us with any questions we had (which were a lot).

I felt that the guys at Beyond Roofing really treated me well and when the next weather event strikes I will not hesitate to give them my business.
