The moving company provided by our relocation company destroyed our treadmill and lost an arm to our elliptical. They were large and heavy so I knew we couldn't get them out on our own. I also knew I wanted a legit company in case anything was damaged during removal. I called to make an appointment and the person I spoke with was professional. They even had same day appointments available. I requested a few days out since it worked better for me. I received text reminders of my appointment as well as a call when the guys were on the way. The process is that you show them what you want hauled out, they provide a quote, and then you decide if you want to have them do the job. I had them haul out a disassembled treadmill, a disassembled elliptical, and a nine foot Christmas tree. It was $300 for haul away of the items. The payment system has a spot for tip. Tipping has gone a little overboard, but in this case a tip was well deserved and I was glad to have the option to add it. Davante & Christian were so professional and paid great attention to getting equipment out without damaging my home. The equipment had to be moved down two hallways and through a narrow staircase with a bend so this wasn't easy. The treadmill deck was stuck in an open position. It would have been impossible to move it in this position without damaging walls. I was so thankful that Davante and Christian took their time to remedy this and were so patient in doing so. At the end of the service I received a $20 off code for a future pick up which was nice. I have more to get rid of and I won't hesitate to call 1-800-Junk again!

I just moved this weekend from West Nashville to Franklin and these guys could not have done a better job. The quote process was quick and easy. They are super responsive and communicate well. Move time was noon on Saturday. I received a text from them around 11:40am saying running a few behind but would be there by 12:15pm or so. Once they showed it was a breeze! Huge truck and 5 guys, they had my 2 bed/2 bath apartment loaded into that truck in less than 30 minutes. I think the drive to the new place was longer than the load time. Again, super quick unload and they were all so kind, and very careful with your items. 3 hour minimum so I ended up paying for longer than what they worked, but that is moving company standards, and I've done that with just about every move I've ever done.
