This place actually deserves 0 stars but that isn't an option…read more I began renting at this facility in December 2025. The rental rate was $25 a month. The lease agreement states I'll be notified 30 days before in writing when the rate increases. I set up auto pay and didn't really think about it. A few days ago I was charged $67 for the same unit. When I looked back in my email I received an invoice 14 days prior. I called today requesting a refund since I was not notified in time. They are outright refusing to honor their own contract. The man I spoke with alleges they cannot process a refund. Which is an outright lie because if you can process a payment you can process a refund. He tried to offer me a credit for next month which was inadequate. I reiterated to him that I do not want a credit because I no longer feel comfortable being a customer. He was rude and dismissive and alleged he could not transfer me to someone else. I have no other choice but get my attorney involved. This company is a total scam. Pay more on the front end and go with a reputable company who actually cares about their customers.

They did arrive 30 mins late but they did move things quickly and we were overall happy until we realized the movers had broken our tv. When we asked for reimbursement for the damage, they then wanted to claim it's an "insurance liability" for them to even move tv's that aren't in boxes - to which I stated WE DIDN'T EVEN SIGN A CONTRACT FOR OUR MOVE!! We also communicated with the movers the whole time and told them to let us know if there was anything we needed to move! Upon me calling them out on the lack of contract several times, Orlando; the owner's son said they would pay us. We confirmed details via texts which I attached. Orlando stated a $200 payment would be sent on 7/13 (for whatever reason they couldn't pay us the same day) and surprise - they have since ghosted on communication with us! We moved on June 29th by the way, So this makes 2 weeks and no resolution. To even have to hassle THIS much and be asked to WAIT to get reimbursement for damage that you all have done is insane and unprofessional.

No hidden fees, no add-ons, etc. just straightforward honest people who do an excellent job. These men work hard, non-stop, but are also friendly, upbeat, and accommodating which is more useful than you might think during a big transition like a relocation. Plus, as a single female, not only did I feel my possessions were kept safe, but I, too, felt very safe amongst the men who spent several hours alone with me in my old home, a storage unit facility, and my new home. Thank you to Orlando and the whole team! I will be recommending them to everyone and will use them again in the future for sure.

Public storage rented me a unit knowing it had a leak in the roof. They committed fraud when they failed to have full faith and disclosure when renting the unit. The manager became argumentative when asked why they would know rent a unit with a hole in the roof. she said it was an old building and they have problems. When corporate was contacted, they acted concerned, created a "ticket", said they'd get back to me in one day. That was a week ago. As for my damaged property? The manager said turn it into insurance and washed their hands of the whole the whole thing.

Horrible experience from start to finish. We hired Mindful Movers to deliver some furniture that we…read morepurchased for our new home. They were an hour and a half late to meet us at the store which should have been the first sign. It then took them 2 hours to load three pieces of furniture and get to our house less than 5 miles away. The main reason we hired them was due to one of the pieces being a heavy marble topped wooden buffet that I could not move by myself. Unfortunately they dropped this piece while unloading it from the truck, splitting the marble in half as well as damaging the rest of the piece. The follow up on this was an almost equally horrible experience. They only got back to us and agreed to reimburse us after my wife threatened to file formal complaints. However even after this they started screening my wife's calls whenever we tried to follow up on the reimbursement. It wasn't until we called from another number and refused to get off the line until they processed the reimbursement that we eventually got the money back for the furniture item but refused to give us back our deposit despite the fact that the only item we actually needed them for they broke. I will never hire again and hope I can save others from the terrible experience we had.

The moving company provided by our relocation company destroyed our treadmill and lost an arm to our elliptical. They were large and heavy so I knew we couldn't get them out on our own. I also knew I wanted a legit company in case anything was damaged during removal. I called to make an appointment and the person I spoke with was professional. They even had same day appointments available. I requested a few days out since it worked better for me. I received text reminders of my appointment as well as a call when the guys were on the way. The process is that you show them what you want hauled out, they provide a quote, and then you decide if you want to have them do the job. I had them haul out a disassembled treadmill, a disassembled elliptical, and a nine foot Christmas tree. It was $300 for haul away of the items. The payment system has a spot for tip. Tipping has gone a little overboard, but in this case a tip was well deserved and I was glad to have the option to add it. Davante & Christian were so professional and paid great attention to getting equipment out without damaging my home. The equipment had to be moved down two hallways and through a narrow staircase with a bend so this wasn't easy. The treadmill deck was stuck in an open position. It would have been impossible to move it in this position without damaging walls. I was so thankful that Davante and Christian took their time to remedy this and were so patient in doing so. At the end of the service I received a $20 off code for a future pick up which was nice. I have more to get rid of and I won't hesitate to call 1-800-Junk again!
