DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will leave you high and dry the day before your move with ZERO communication. They do not answer phone calls or emails. I was at the point of actively trying to give them money for multiple days leading up to my move, yet continued to not hear back from them. I was forced to find new movers the day before my move. Horrible experience from start to finish. We hired Mindful Movers to deliver some furniture that we purchased for our new home. They were an hour and a half late to meet us at the store which should have been the first sign. It then took them 2 hours to load three pieces of furniture and get to our house less than 5 miles away. The main reason we hired them was due to one of the pieces being a heavy marble topped wooden buffet that I could not move by myself. Unfortunately they dropped this piece while unloading it from the truck, splitting the marble in half as well as damaging the rest of the piece. The follow up on this was an almost equally horrible experience. They only got back to us and agreed to reimburse us after my wife threatened to file formal complaints. However even after this they started screening my wife's calls whenever we tried to follow up on the reimbursement. It wasn't until we called from another number and refused to get off the line until they processed the reimbursement that we eventually got the money back for the furniture item but refused to give us back our deposit despite the fact that the only item we actually needed them for they broke. I will never hire again and hope I can save others from the terrible experience we had. read more

Stephen and his crew showed up on time professional looking, very respectful, very mindful of our furniture. They made sure we knew what was going on and where things were being placed, everything got wrapped. Just an overall extremely pleasant experience, worry free and it all got done on time and on budget. We also utilized some of the packing services, and Ariel did an amazing job with our kitchens and bathrooms. She wrapped everything properly and labeled every box made it super simple to unpack. This review comes from someone who has used movers 4 times in the past 5 years - including an international move and a move from NYC to Nashville. We have used Mindful Movers twice this year. Once again they did not disappoint. The communication from the office was amazing. Ariel called, emailed and texted information continuously. She actually called me to discuss whether we really needed the number of hours I had originally requested! What company wants to make sure you aren't spending too much money?!! On the day of the move the team texted when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were polite and very professional. The guys packed and loaded with care. At the final destination they placed blankets on the stair railing and coverings on the stairs. They put furniture wherever we requested and even moved things when we changed our minds! I would highly recommend Mindful Movers for any of your moving needs. The first time we rented the truck ourselves and just hired their packing team, the second time we hired their team and their truck. We will use them for a future moves here in Nashville. TLDR; Used for pod container loading service. Pretty good communication, competitive pricing, professional and friendly employees, excellent work ethic in making sure the job will get done regardless of circumstances. Would recommend and use services again. Was really grateful to find and use Mindful Movers services. My mom was moving cross country from Tennessee to Arizona. I live in California and there is only so much that can be done from afar, but we rented a pod and needed movers to help load it. They were competitively priced and available on fairly short notice. Stephen was responsive and helpful. Appointment was scheduled for later afternoon and Stephen messaged me early that same morning to confirm D'Angelo and another would be conducting the service and gave their contact information. A couple hours before the scheduled start time i was contacted that their previous job was running over and they would likely be 1-2 hours later. Apparently the secondary mover quit unexpectedly that day and put them behind. He apologized for any inconvenience, but assured they would still come and get it done. It actually kind of worked out because it gave my mom more time to pack. It ended up being Stephen and D'Angelo who came and did the service. My mom said they were very nice and such a great help. She was very pleased. I was quoted about 2-3 hours to do the job. I paid 50% up front for 3 hours. They completed the job really quickly - in only about an hour. I was sent final invoice for 3 hours still. I asked about it and he updated it for 2 hours only. No minimums, travel fees, or other fees were mentioned during the initial setup, so I wanted to ask again since it only took them about an hour, but decided to let it be since they had such a tough day and had to travel down from the Nashville area to Murfreesboro. I later saw on their website that they mentioned a 2-hour minimum also. I asked about additional fees, which they mentioned possibly only if packing or dissembly services needed, however no minimums mentioned. I wish I had been clear up front - only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 - but overall it was all more than worth it. Overall, I would definitely use their services again, as well as recommend them. Communication was pretty good, prices were competitive, service was excellent, employees were friendly and professional, and work ethic was outstanding. They easily could have decided to cancel our service when they no longer had the expected help, but they stepped it up, communicated what was going on, and made sure to still get the job done. We hired Mindful Movers to load our belongings onto a U-Haul truck (we're too old to do it ourselves). Cole and Lamont showed up right on time. AMAZING!!! I got stood up by the movers I'd reserved and confirmed a month ago (We Haul Nashville), and in my desperation reached out to everyone and their mother in Nashville. Mindful Movers got back to me SO fast and was at my house within an hour! Stephen was super communicative over text and the payment couldn't have been easier or fairer, and D'Angelo and his team were so fast! All of my stuff was moved out in literally record time, and they even got to my new house before me. Really couldn't recommend enough, especially for the last minute nature of it! Absolutely wonderful service! We were getting our floors refinished so we had movers come out to clear out our first floor and then again a week later to put everything back. Both times they did a wonderful job. They didn't rush, moved out items with care, and were just so nice. Communication was also incredible. They gathered additional information on the move and help needed, sent a confirmation email shortly after, and checked in before and after the move to make sure we were well taken care of. I have used Mindful Movers twice in the last six months. I decided to go back with them after my initial move because of the way they handled not only my furniture but, my baby grand piano. Reliability and dependability is foremost in service for me. I contracted for 4 person for 2 hours. 2 guys showed up on time. The 3rd guy ( lead guy) showed up 20 minutes later. The 4th never showed up. Subsequently it took the 3 guys 1- 1/2 hours longer in which I had to pay the extra $. They did not charge me the time and half just straight time. Refused any further adjustment. Stated time would not have been any different with 4 guys. Common sense begs to differ. The 3 were very polite and did do a decent job.
