Customer service is amazing the ladies there really care. Always very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this storage company.

I hate reviewing companies but I feel it is my obligation to do so when it comes to this type activity from a company towards a customer. Especially a customer that had been existing for over 4 years and had multiple units. Pros: Absolutely None Cons: bare with me as this is extensive 1. Incompetent and Underqualified Management, Dishonest and Deceitful staff that is given the authority and freedom to manipulate accounts, customers and has no oversight to assure belongings are safe, secure, climate controlled as expected or protected from theft 2. Gated property is a selling point initially yet once your moved in and begin visiting you then will notice the "Gated Property" is not at all gated. It is left open intentionally more than 50% of the month while customers have boats, campers, rvs, vehicles, atvs etc stored openly and exposed to anyone wishing to enter the property and steal. 3. Customer Support is non-existent. After our belongings were stolen owners supported the incompetent managers and staff by stating our belongings had been auctioned! Nearly $75k of belongings that we had visited less than one month prior to June 6,2023 had supposedly auctioned on 02/28/2023! Even more disturbing is the fact that managers stated we were in arrears causing the auction. At the time of said auction a balance of under $500.00 existed with an email received by the manager to apply $500.00 to the balance. No sale notice was given, no sale amount can be provided, no justification of how we accessed our belongings in May but somehow they were sold in February could be provided. Only a simple statement of your items were sold on 02/28/2023. after which all communication was ignored by management. I will stop here as that's enough to hopefully deter potential victims from renting here. These people are the lowest of low. They are legitimate thieves using a business license to steal your belongings. They have no regard for customers on their sites. Do yourself a favor and go to any other storage company. Youll be better off and will still have your belongings and dignity. This place should be investigated and put on trial for the things they have done. Bottom Line - Worst Storage Company that ever existed. read more

I wish I didn't have to put a star because this location doesn't deserve one. We were told we could use the rental truck for free as long as we filled up the gas. Easy right? Wrong. I would not be writing this review on that alone because miscommunication happens. However, the girl running the place has the worst manner. Once, okay. We all have bad days. But now we are on rude number three. Same female. We will never recommend Morning Star Storage of Spring Hill based on her lack of customer service alone. read more

This place doesn't give you the full price until you come in to the office to seal the deal. They will make you show proof of renters or homeowners insurance. If you don't have it they charge additional dollars per month. They also make you buy their lock for additional money as they won't allow you to supply your own pad lock. I found a place with more space and way less money per month than here. read more

Super rude. I was told when we moved in that whenever we wanted to use the truck it was free we just needed to put gas in it. I called to let them know I was moving and they denied my request. The manager was rude and not accommodating at all. read more

What a great experience with Morningstar Storage! The office staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Having never had the need for storage before, the ladies were great at making recommendations. The storage spaces themselves are clean and spacious. Accessibility 24 hours a day is fabulous. And the ability to use their truck, what a perk! I've been nothing but impressed with Your Space Storage in the 6 months I've rented a unit from them. Their price was the lowest in the area for a climate controlled unit. They don't offer automatic payments, but they're great about processing checks within a day of receiving them, so you don't have to worry about delays. The owners live on site, which adds an extra sense of security that you don't typically get with other storage companies. I'd definitely recommend renting with them. read more
