I can't remember if I spoke to Joe or Sam or both.. But wow. These men as so kind and genuine. They fixed my hood and made my car super pretty. I couldn't believe they had done what they did for such a good price. They even gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. My car was ready the same day. Thank you so much guys. I'm so glad someone recommended me to you. I wish you both the best. God Bless. read more

Excellent work reasonable prices and work was completed as promised they even cleaned my car I highly recommend this business

Professional, courteous and thorough. I left my car with Storelli Bros feeling confident that the repairs to my car would be as perfect as when I bought it. It required 2 new doors as well as matching the paint - they did a great job and even sent a video during the process as well as completed the job in the time frame they promised. They dealt with the other person's insurance company directly and settled the difference. I literally did not have to do anything but trust them to do a good job. Should you be in need of collision repair, I highly recommend. read more

Back story: I went to my dealership twice to have my side rear view mirror fixed. I was turned away twice and was told to return each time after a scheduled appointment. I was so frustrated, I'm on a time crunch daily and I needed my car mirror fixed ASAP. My husband called Storelli Bros. And told me they could help me. Took my car in and was greeted by Jose- he's super nice. Personable, understanding, and quick. He gave me an estimate and had my car fixed less than 2 hours later. When I picked up my vehicle-Joe was nice too, he saw that I had my car seats in the vehicle and told me the car was all nice and cleaned up. (Anyone with kiddos understands! LOL) I wanted to give him a hug, they really are heaven sent. I was having such a hard time with my dealership. But coming here was the best decision. Better prices, quick service, and overall great. Thank you guys! Love the little doodle too, she's so cute! read more

I recently went to this shop for the second time and both of the times they have done an excellent job! Jose and Joe are super helpful. This will the ONLY auto body shop I will go to because of how good their work is and how fast they are! 10/10 would recommend. read more

I am getting my car done now. Really appreciated how simple it is. The company really makes processing easy and keeps it low overhead. Happy with the method of assessment, and how long it took me to get-in get out for the initial intake. I will return back once I get the work completed for a complete review. read more

Storelli Brothers Auto Body - Body Shops Near Me - Seaside, California

I had a minor collision, and I went to four different places that didn't know how to fix my car. I took it to Storelli Brothers and Jose immediately got under my car and took pictures of the damage. He sent me an email later that day with an estimate. Not only did they fix my car, but they did a great job. Everyone is friendly and professional. There is even an adorable doodle dog that is at the shop everyday. read more

I wish I hadn't listened to my insurance's recommendation...ended up having a horrible experience at Caliber in Seaside which made me question the quality of their work. While Caliber was fixing their mistakes, I decided to head to Storelli Brothers to see if they can look over Caliber's work once the oversights were fixed. I felt awkward since I wasn't a customer at Storelli Brothers, but Joe was welcoming and more than willing to help. Fast forward a week, I went straight to Storelli Brothers after picking up my car from Caliber down the street. Joe pointed out what he was looking for as we went over the car, and even recommended a paintless dent removal specialist for a dent made by a hit-and-run shopping cart. From the interactions with Joe and seeing the differences on how the shop is ran compared to Caliber, you can tell Joe is really proud of his shop and the quality of their work--as he should be. Don't make the same mistake as I did by taking your car to a place that have no pride in their work. Storelli Brothers is the shop you would bring your car to if you love and value your car. read more

Where do I start with how great Storelli Brothers are? From the beginning, we dealt with Jose in getting an estimate for insurance reasons. After that, we had to wait on the insurance co. which took forever no thanks to them. However, Joe Storelli and Jose were a dream to deal with. They were beyond generous. How kind and patient Jose was whenever I called to ask questions or inform them of different matters. Jose never dealt with me in an unkind or impatient way. He was so easy to deal with. This place is first class. If we ever need them for auto body this is where we are going. A+++ read more

These guys really did a great job fixing up my car. Got my bumper crunched in a hit and run. Fixed thru insurance. Looks better than new! They are very busy so you may need to get in the queue. Honest, super friendly folks here and do great work. BTW they were a LOT more reasonable on price than Caliber down the street. Recommend, and would use them again. read more

This is long overdue, especially since I told Joe and Sam that I would do this months ago. I have been using Storelli Brothers since I moved back to the Monterey area a few years ago. It started with a fender bender by another driver in a high school parking lot, causing bumper damage to my truck. Not only did they fix the problem with high quality work, but also fixed another bumper issue I already had, free of charge. Later, I had them work on my wife's car. Not only did they do high quality work again, but they take initiative to find ways to save you money and time in the process without sacrificing quality. Even after that, I inquired to them about custom painting a fairing for my motorcycle. Even though Harley would not provide them with the color and paint, their painter was able to mix a paint that looks exactly the same and did a great job on the fairing. Not to mention, much cheaper than going through Harley or another provider. Finally, I used them 1 last time when a neighbor backed into my truck. Again, high quality work, friendly, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend Storelli Brothers for any and all auto body needs you may require. read more

What can I say except excellent ! Joe and Sam are probably some of the nicest people in town and definitely the nicest auto body shop owners I have ever met . They did a fabulous job on my Subaru and even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to pay for a Lyft ride. They even know many other trades men in the area if you need a windshield repair or any other service that they don't offer there , they get you to the right people . Hopefully I never have to have any auto body work done again but if I do , I will definitely be taking my car to Joe and Sam . read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the auto body repair on my Nissan SUV. The rear passenger door, wheel well and actual wheel was all scraped up. The body repair work was stellar. The paint was a three layer process that matched up with the rest of my car perfectly. Sam provided excellent customer service, worked with our insurance company for approval; made sure the new door and other parts were new and not and not used cars as the insurance company had suggested as a replacement. Most of all Sam was very detailed in identfying and explaining what needed to be repaired along wtih all of the minor dings and nicks that extended to the back bumper. We had our car back within a week and it looks like a brand new car. Highly reccommend Storelli Bros. You won't be disappointed. F. Lopez read more

An honest auto repair! I was side swiped by a truck with giant tires. Got two estimates of over $2k to repair. Storelli Brothers was closed over the Christmas holiday, so they were my third estimate. And do you know how much they charged? Zero, nada, nothing! Jose at the front desk took a look, said, "let me try something," came back with a wet cloth, and rubbed it right off! Took under two minutes! Didn't need the bumper replaced, didn't even need to be buffed! And the best part? He wouldn't accept $100, wouldn't even accept $20. I hope to not ever need their services, but I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. Happy New Year! read more

I had got hit twice by two separate people and was completely broken down by it since this is my first brand new car. I had no idea what I was doing when I brought it in but they gave me an estimate right away for both of the damages separately. I made an appointment to get it fixed and it literally took a few days to get both of my dents out. I was amazed at how fast it took and how brand new they made my car look. They even buffed out a few minor scratches I had, free of charge!! Gave it a good wash and cleaned the inside too, I couldn't be happier with this service. Everyone here is so nice, Johnny, Joe and Anthony, thank you so much. My car and I are eternally grateful for your services :) read more

These guys are worth more than their weight in gold. I had one week to get repairs on my Toyota 4runner before my move to Oregon to start a new job. I have a bit of skepticism due to previous experiences with auto mechanic repair and didn't want to be taken advantage of. I looked to Yelp and based on reviews I scheduled appointments with Alan's Auto Glass, The Master's, and this shop. The thing about people that do good work, is they know other people that do good work. Joe gave me an estimate on a new front bumper and we arranged to have it replaced. He kept me updated on coordinating these repairs and when the part would come in. I informed him that I had to replace a windshield at Alan's Auto Glass in the morning and he said he could pick me up at the shop and have someone drive me home while my windshield replacement was done. After the repair was completed for my bumper, he was able to drive my vehicle to The Master's for maintenance and check up saving me time and money. Everything went smoothly, then... I was all packed and ready to leave Saturday morning to head to Oregon when my vehicle wouldn't start. I was pissed, initially wondering why, after going to the mechanic shop, this would happen when I had everything that needed to be fixed urgently completed. The mechanic shop was closed on Saturday, so I called Joe a bit upset asking what it could be. Apparently starter problems cannot be pre-diagnosed. He was kind enough to have me take my vehicle to his shop, get a new starter, install it, and be on my way Sunday morning even though the shop closes at noon on Saturdays. He knew I had to start a new job on Monday. He said, "Do not worry about what time we close we will stay open to midnight to help you!" I cannot express the gratitude and relief from their professionalism, promptness, honesty, and would definately recommend this place to everyone. All of their employees; worth more than their weight in gold! read more

I have taken my car to Storelli's several times and have always been impressed with their personal and professional service. Never had to wait long for an estimate. Both Joe and Sam are extraordinary and they have trained their staff to put the customer first. Very understanding and no rip-offs. They actually tried to save me money. They also finished the jobs on time or earlier than expected. So refreshing to find a place with such good customer service. read more

I think my wife fixed her car a few years ago and had a great experience. I went there over the week end to get estimate on my bumper that was scratched. I spoke with Joe, which I think one of the owner, and his first response was, let me get you a card to someone who is specialized in fixing a bumper, especially as minor as yours. He end up giving me 2 other business cards on different minor dents repairs etc.... I can almost guarantee that you won't find as honest of a business as them. At least in auto business. I can totally see that other places will tell you that you will need to get a new bumper. These guys are keepers.... I will refer as many people as I can to them when I can. They did a great job on my wife's car and most important of all, great people to know.... You cross the street and find a crook that will charge you more money if they can (Porsche of Monterey) 5 stars average on yelp is almost unheard of, and this is a real 5 star.... read more

Just got back from picking up my car. These guys did an incredible job. Even my neighbor noticed and asked where I got my car fixed. I own a used 2012 Honda Fit, and it cost me under $2k to repair and repaint a dent in my rear bumper and the side of the car. They even called me up about fixing any more damages they wanted to repair. Without additional costs and the wait time was guaranteed literally less than a wk, my car was repaired and cleaned out. I wasn't even expecting them to clean the interior, nor did I ask, but I'm happy with it. It looks like a brand new car. I am very much impressed and pleased with the time, cost, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the crew. If your worried about the price or time, they will inspect your car right away, ask if you want your insurance involved or not, and do an estimate on all price differences. read more

I wish I could give them more than five stars! Joe and Sam were so helpful by working with my insurance to submit a supplemental claim and taking the stress out of the whole experience. I was so nervous about finding an auto body shop and dropping off my car for several days that I waited six months to fix my dented hood. As soon as I found this shop and read their reviews I knew that I'd have to trust them with my car if I ever wanted it looking good again. They got the supplemental claim done and approved quickly and got my car back to me sooner than I expected. They did such an amazing job fixing it and I just know that if I had gone to a different shop, this process wouldn't have been as smooth and stress free and definitely would have taken longer. I'm so grateful to them and can't say enough good things - if you're trying to decide who to trust with your car look no further. I hope I don't have any more body damage but if I do, I know where I'm going! I'm so glad I read their reviews and decided to go here first, Storelli Brothers did an amazing job and were so kind and informative. read more

I am a long time resident of Monterey. Been to several local body shops before. Needed some insurance work done on my damaged Camry. After reviewing Yelp I told my insurer, USAA, I wanted to use the Storelli Brothers. Am I glad I did! The Storelli Brothers are the best! Joe and Sam are straight up guys. I took my car there as a recommendation from an auto mechanic shop. The plastic headlight covers on my car were very clouded. The new headlights would have been over $2,000 on my BMW. These guys only charged me $75 to polish the headlight covers to remove the cloudiness. I did not expect it to look as good as it does. They look close to new. Joe also gave me great tips on other work I want to have done to detail the car. I have already told 2 other people who need the same work done to their cars. Great value and outstanding results. Believe the 5 star rating. Sam and his crew are fantastic. My wife's 6 month old car became damaged (don't ask). It is obvious that Sam is a real professional. She came home happy and confident. The 5 star perfect rating is real. We had Sam helping us over the last month with our SUV after we were hit on the freeway. I looked up reviews since I had never used an auto body shop in the area. It seemed legit so I called and they said to bring it right in. First, he was extremely compassionate. We were all a little shaken by the accident and he first asked if we had gotten medical care. Second, he knew exactly what to look for and quickly determined how many panels needed replacement. He showed my sons how he knew that the frame had been damaged. And he removed light bulbs that wouldn't turn off since the accident (so that the battery wouldn't die overnight). He collected all the insurance information from us and gave us confidence that he'd send them an estimate the following day. He did everything as promised and more. He kept me and my husband informed daily. When he told us that it might be totaled, he gave us advice on getting our paperwork together to make sure the insurance company gave us a fair price. We told him how we had just gotten new tires and brakes. When the inspector was there, Sam told him that and I guess the inspector actually measured our tire tread to give us credit for that on the valuation. In the end, Sam made this difficult process as easy as it could be on us. When the insurance company deemed it a total loss and was planning to have it picked up the following day, Sam did a careful look through (even though we had already cleaned out the car). He took pictures of every compartment for us showing it was empty and removed my husbands CDs from the stereo (something we forgot to do). He was more careful than me and such a great help. He held onto our stuff since I couldn't leave work early to come in. We hopefully won't have any need for an auto body shop for awhile, but if we do I would absolutely use them. Thanks again Sam. read more
