This place is pathetically inefficient, dirty and now the most expensive in the area. The office…read moreappears to constantly displaying a "be back soon" sign. And, worse the security gate is equally open and never secure. This seems to invite the cars from the gas station and back side of Lowe's to cruse through the storage units. Keeping with that same theme, today a "mask" sign stating that masks are required was displayed beside an "unlit" be back soon sign.. Audacity is not lost. The woman lounging inside at the desk in the dark corner typing on her iphone had her dirty mask under her chin. I asked her if she had a mask for her customer, she replied tartly, "I gots one for myself but not for you" as she pulled the stained white mask from under her chin over her lower mouth. With her nostrils exposed and the ear strings loose she went on to explain that I needed a mask to enter the building. I replied that the CDC "recommends" but is not requiring. She grunts and mumbles. This place has hit rock bottom and they are starting to dig. As Tom Hanks once stated, "stupid is as stupid does". This place is not recommended. The staff has deteriorated to the lowest level of employee who lacks any type of customer focus and service. These facilities have also now degraded to include unemptied rat traps along the building, small buds of trash swirling in the hot humid breeze and non-working security gate that portray no security.

I had issues with my wiring and we had to swap trailers a few times. Couldn't use any of his (turns out it was my truck, not his trailers), and he set me up with the other U-Haul place in Loganville by making phone calls and doing order transfers. He spent so much time helping me out, and I never did get anything from him. OH, and he gave me a trailer harness adapter too to try and fix it. Incredible service. Can't say enough great things. Thank you sir!

He was very imformative and helpful! The storage itself is cleaned and maintained very well. The staff is always nice and helpful. The app is so convenient and also very helpful. I have a peace of mind knowing my stuff is secured and stored in a great place!

The customer service is an…read moreabsolute joke. if you need to speak with anyone above the basic employee level all you will get is the run around. After calling and making several complaints with CS , we still have not been able to speak with an area manager(Brandon) as we were told he would be contacting us To settle the dispute within 24 to 48 hrs. The name of the storage place is no longer cube Smart. it's now SecureCare Self Storage. We had a storage unit and a parking spot with this place . No issues on the unit ,but have had several with the parking arrangement. The first thing we experienced was about 6-8 month prior to the towing debacle , I went to check on my unit and saw that 2 of my wheels and tires were stolen and left my truck on blocks!!!!and the catalytic converter was cut out from underneath it!!! You may ask yourself like I did, how this went unnoticed by security or the property manger and failed to be reported to me. I was then forced to purchase new wheels and tires at that point and still have to deal with deficit of an exhaust system. which will now cost me upwards of $1000 to replace. Fast forward to The day we emptied our unit and turned in the keys our vehicle was towed away without notification or warning! My wife even called and left a message to speak with them about arranging to have a tow truck come( before we closed out and after) and remove our truck (as it doesn't currently run)but got no calls back. When I confronted them I was called rude and , Dakota the ( property manager) sighted that is was parked illegally, although my vehicle showed up on a tow truck and she directed them where to park it on the day that it originally arrived!!! even if it were parked in an undesirable spot, simple communication could have prevented the next step. which resulted in us getting a certified letter from the tow company that my vehicle is now impounded and accruing storage cost every day on top of the 300$ initial tow charge. when arriving to the tow yard we were also made aware by the operator that they were directed to remove several other tenants vehicles as well and had been dealing with other angry and blind sided customer's Showing that mine was not an isolated incident. Forced to go and retrieve my vehicle as to not spend even more. I thought we were paying for secure storage though....??? Hardly. with the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had it seems as though they either don't take their customers seriously or lack the resources to treat people with dignity and respect. To say the least I am left angry and frustrated with this situation and the lack of urgency on their part to rectify it. If you pay your bill on time and are looking for a SAFE and SECURE place to store you belongings, I urge you to look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and headaches. They will refuse to give out any corporate contact info and the CS line will direct you right back to the front desk to start the circle all over again. This business is an absolute joke and I regret ever trusting them with my personal property...don't make the same mistake!!!!

We didn't stay long, but we were happy with the pricing, the units, and the availability of the truck for rental. We also like that you buy your own lock and keep it afterward, but it would be nice if it was a lock that could be used for other things (such as a padlock). Our only suggestions are to work on the pathways between the storage units (they are very uneven and it is difficult to navigate at times) and to have the truck serviced. The truck is in decent shape, and the price is very fair, but it is difficult to drive and could use some maintenance.
