In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. Tim, the owner gives a fair estimate based on what you have, and always does an immaculate job moving everything over. He gives you a choice as to whether or not you want to rent a truck on your own or let them bring a truck. He gives you both prices so you're able to compare to see what works the best for you. From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. Hired them for a two part move. First part was moving a mattress. That went fine second part was…read moremoving a large desk and credenza. They came with a U-Haul, a couple U-Haul blankets, and a u-Haul dolly. And 3 total men. When moving the desk the they were really struggling with getting it to the agreed upon place. When they did get it to the stairs they left a gigantic scratch in the flooring that will need to replace a few boards. From there there were tons of excuses of what happened. They blamed it on the weight, the equipment they had rented from U-Haul and a nail (which nobody could find) in the flooring. They stated they had insurance so asked them to provide the proof of insurance so that we can get the floors fixed. They gave us their office number and asked us to call. When we talked to who ever answered the phone they stated that they only carry the minimum insurance that the state of florida requires and that is for only the contents that are in the truck (meaning after the items are off of the truck the items and the home are not covered. ) After going back and forth they decided to refund $175 of the $375. With the damage to the floor it's not going to cover it. My takeaways.... These guys are amateur movers. The guys were from Lakeland. 80 miles from the job site. The drove here rented a U-Haul, used U-Haul cheap blankets, uhauls cheap dolly and tried to a job that they did not have the proper equipment for. They do not carry any insurance for the items they are moving once they leave the vehicle. So if they damage ANYTHING, they are under insured and won't be able to fix or repair what they have damaged.

Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Verify everything repeatedly and have a backup plan, because our experience demonstrated that a confirmed reservation may not mean much.
