Very pleased with job quality, responsiveness and overall turn-around time. The process for finding a t-shirt printing company should've been an easy task but turned out quite the opposite. Went through CustomInk and BigFrog and wasn't near satisfied with product imaging and left me with doubts about the entire process. I wasn't even contacted back by one of the agents who supposedly exemplifies customer satisfaction at CustomInk. A google search of different keywords lead me to Fallen Arrows in Atlanta. I'm glad it did. Fallen Arrows does it all. As a sole proprietor, I only wanted one or two shirts made to wear as uniform/marketing for my company. Most companies need a minimum of 6 t-shirts to order special printing. I had requested a quick design layout with FA with additional sleeve printing and foil ink. Same day replies and all questions answered they emailed my invoice and put my order into production. Trusted this teams work ethic from the first email and very very happy I have done business with them. The shirts look great and the fit complements my physique. Found Fallen Arrows when searching online for a local shop that does Vinyl Printing for safety vests for our construction managers. I was able to order the proper vests through them and they did a fantastic job finding what I wanted and executing it! Looks fantastic, exactly what we needed! The guy at the front desk (Andrew) is extremely rude and arrogant. I would never do business with fallen arrows simply based off of this alone. Also, The shop is dirty, cluttered, and definitely not a place where you would want your shirts printed. I highly advise you to stay as far away from fallen arrows as possible. Freeing your work up from limited colors, order minimums, and the unableness to experiment with a number of ideas, that your work would be otherwise, restricted to in screen prints. I had a very bad experience with this company 1st Due to the fact that my order for 3 Hoodies took 2wks and when I got them I was really disappointed 2 of the designs looked like cheap iron on's and the 3rd was barely recognizable from the original design, they did offer to redo the work but I felt like they shouldn't have released it the way it was. read more
