The structure can be seen in their pictures; it's an aluminum roof and 80% closed in the front of the stall and remains open in the rear. The space measures about 24 ft long, 11.75 ft high, and 10 ft wide and has a gravel floor. I was out of state the entire time. When i returned, my $50,000 of stored vehicles looked exactly the same as the day I left them. No theft, no weather, no pest damage. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only 60$/mo for this storage carport in summer 2016. They have even cheaper open gravel lot spaces. RVers-- check it out. It's a rural area. Office folks couldn't be nicer, and always answer their phone.

This is only contingent when they decide to process your payment. Example: If you have their lock on your unit and that unit is $65.00 plus $25.00. You pay $90.00 on the 10th of the month then you have to wait for them to enter your payment which may not be entered until the 15th of the month therefore you have to wait another 24 hours before they decide to unlock your unit. I'm sure nobody else knows about these 'So Called Rules'.
