The only thing I might say is carts seem limited, but it may have been they were somewhere else and just not by the door I used. I didn't check, I had what I needed and the storage never seems so busy that I had to wait for carts. Overall a good decision to move to this storage company.

The office area if this establishment reminds you of a lobby fully stocked with complimentary water, snacks, candy, coffee, and other assorted goods. There is even a relaxing waiting area akin to what you would find at a hotel. Simply amazing. Pricing seems reasonable to me,and getting in and out was relatively easy. They even provide complimentary flatbed totes to move your stuff from outside at the ground floor to your unit. The structure can be seen in their pictures; it's an aluminum roof and 80% closed in the front of the stall and remains open in the rear. The space measures about 24 ft long, 11.75 ft high, and 10 ft wide and has a gravel floor. I was out of state the entire time. When i returned, my $50,000 of stored vehicles looked exactly the same as the day I left them. No theft, no weather, no pest damage. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only 60$/mo for this storage carport in summer 2016. They have even cheaper open gravel lot spaces. RVers-- check it out. It's a rural area. Office folks couldn't be nicer, and always answer their phone.

They have automatic doors that open and close when you punch in your code to get into the building. Security is excellent with a keypad to get into the building, 24 hour monitoring and recording of inside and outside, security cameras outside and inside the building, a person in the office on site 7 days a week. The unit I rented was extremely reasonably priced and lower than what I am paying at another facility without the amenities Auburn Storage has. The building is heated and cooled with humidity control which is perfect for antiques to be storied at. They keep the thermostat at between 75 and 80 during the Summer depending on the humidity. It is heated during the Winter. The building has outside lighting and inside lights at all times. There are covered areas you can drive under to load and unload your vehicle by the automatic doors which are large. They also supply huge push carts that you can use to move your items with. The parking area is large, clean, and well maintained. The inside area is clean, well maintained, and has fire alarms, fire sprinklers located throughout the building and fire extinguishers located on every hall in case needed. Your items are insured if damaged. There is easy access to the building since it is located inside an industrial park with good roads. The staff is very nice, professional, and helpful if you need help. Payment is easy to do with on-line or in the office. The units are well lighted at all times so you do not have to turn lights on or off. Units 10 feet by 20 feet and up have back and front door access. Units bigger have around 3 to 4 door access so you don't have to pull all your items out to reach an item in the back of the unit. I can't say enough good things about this storage facility. It is awesome ! If you get the chance go check it out and hope you can get a unit there. I was very impressed with the staff , building, and the amenities.

They say oh u need to email us so we can send the deposit and all sort of thing.. Why didn't u fucking tell me that the first time I call?? Worst communication ever.. I wouldn't recommend it to no body.. N I already prepare to kiss my deposit goodbye.
