The structure can be seen in their pictures; it's an aluminum roof and 80% closed in the front of the stall and remains open in the rear. The space measures about 24 ft long, 11.75 ft high, and 10 ft wide and has a gravel floor. I was out of state the entire time. When i returned, my $50,000 of stored vehicles looked exactly the same as the day I left them. No theft, no weather, no pest damage. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only 60$/mo for this storage carport in summer 2016. They have even cheaper open gravel lot spaces. RVers-- check it out. It's a rural area. I emailed them on August 21 to report this issue with no response. Due to no response, I went to the office approximately 2 weeks later where I was told it would be repaired the next week. I requested that they please notify customers when the gate is nonoperational so that I can check my RV. I emailed again on November 6 about the non-operational gate, after I used my RV that weekend and the gate was wide open again. I did not receive a response until I emailed corporate customer service the next day. I was told by Derek that he is a temporary worker, the manager is out for weeks, and the gate hasn't worked in the weeks he has been there and won't be fixed for a "few more weeks". Based on the lack of an operable gate for many months and lack of communication about this problem from this facility, I would not recommend.
