They were able to remove my junk the same day and they had several payment options available. Furthermore, this company is second to none when it comes to customer service and their quality of work. I will hands down hire this company again and again. Lastly, the two crew members who came out were friendly and they worked hard to keep themselves on a punctual time schedule to meet the needs to serve their next customers afterwards with the same level of service that they presented to me. That's the type of quality service that's seems to be fading away and forgotten. Thank you for your service.

I used this company in January and they did not live up to the reputation. As soon as the movers…read moreshowed up, they started complaining about how much they had to move. They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.

He was asking to much to remove it ...I found someone else to remove it for half the price.read more

My experience today with Mr. Big Tows was definitely a 5 star experience from beginning to end; I…read morecould not have been more satisfied! His price was lower then the other wreckers I called for a quote and he towed me in literally half the time estimated by the two others quoted. The entire job, from the time I called requesting my car towed from downtown Columbus to the time he unloaded it at its final destination in North Columbus, he knocked out in ONLY 1 hour. He was very friendly, easy to get ahold of and I appreciated how he communicated and kept me posted til the job was done. I was unable to meet him at the final destination but was impressed when he went so far as to send me photos of my car safely unloaded and parked along with his final message and my receipt. Our car emergency this morning came with some unique challenges and peculiarities but Mr. BigTows happily and promptly overcame them and took alot of stress out of a stressful ordeal for my wife and I. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and his number is saved in my phone now because I'd also def use him again (although I hope I don't need to ).

After receiving quotes from other companies that I've used before, I contacted 4 Hands Movers. I…read morereceived a price that was too low, and I should have known better than to go forward with this company. We agreed to a slightly higher price and set a date. Three men showed up in a small U-Haul truck and proceeded to move our belongings. They took 4 times longer than our move last year and still did not finish with the items I requested. Great price! The phone number 706-366-6543, on the same date of my service agreement, magically belongs to an older sounding lady who was "issued" the number on that date.
