From misquotes to missed deadlines and then NO communication. John clarified the quotes they emailed to me and we agreed on a price and scope of work. NOW Brian says they would lose money if the honors John's word. John made the site survey. John owns the company. Brian threw John under the bus. Great employee. Hard to believe they are still in business considering how poorly they have handled this job. Brian decided it was a good idea to hurl profanities at a customer. Not a good look guys. Would NEVER use this outfit.
