We were able to get a quote before hand for this job, they were very specific and detailed assuring we got the most accurate quote. We were picking this piano up from a residential location and moving it to our home- they communicated well with us and the family whose home we were moving it from - ensuring all parties were included and looped in. We got confirmation when they arrived to move it, when it was loaded and on our way- and confirm of delivery even though one of us was home at the time. They properly laid moving carpets and took their time to ensure there was no damage to our home or piano when moving. The care and attention to detail was appreciated. We'd recommend them again and again.

One even showed up in flip-flops to move heavy furniture in the rain. Despite repeatedly telling them EVERYTHING was being moved, they continually asked what needed to go. They told us the upstairs was finished, but when my husband checked, they had left numerous items behind. My husband ended up loading at least half of our 5x8 trailer and 26-ft box truck himself. One mover repeatedly took breaks and barely helped. All 3 stopped at different times to FaceTime their girlfriends for around 30 minutes each--time we were charged for. One also left 30 minutes early, which we were charged for. I've called twice asking for a manager and was promised a callback but have received nothing. We paid for 3 professional movers and absolutely did not receive the service we were charged for.

Jake Broderick and his team of Taylor and Oscar were exemplary. My calls, texts and e-mails were ALWAYS answered or returned very quickly. They came in at 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other companies I had give quotes. They were honest to a fault, finding items we missed when we went through and I got calls to come get precious items that could have easily been pocketed. They thought we were ready for the final air testing but that came to a halt due to finding a leaking foundation and roof that had to be fixed before we could proceed with the test. That led to a three month fight with the HOA (If you know you know). Their equipment continued running in the townhome during that time and I was never once pressured to move things along faster. I was never treated as less than because I was a woman, something else I had not found when dealing with others in the construction field. Their encouragement, respect and support through a very emotional time was unbelievable. The final air testing was completed Friday and the house passed due to their diligence and attention to detail. As I started, 100 stars aren't even enough for this group. If you need work done due to water, mold or other restoration projects, give these guys a call. You won't regret it. Jill
