The store was kind enough to package the items but after I left as they were busy. My sister texted me on Nov 21 that she received the package. At that point I had no concerns so I ditched the receipt. Yesterday Christmas 2025 I was talking to my sister and the present sent in Nov came up. What I had sent was a lighted display and a small bag containing multiple small (about 1") figurines of various items that were purchased in hospital gift shop. What she received was lighted display only. I can only guess that at some point before the packaging and sealing and sending that the small items were removed and reside in someone's house but not my sisters. BAD UPS. BAD!

She explained that the size of the box-which cost $16 itself jumped the shipping up $30+ This still didnt seem right to me so I asked how much it would be through the postal service. This didnt help her attitude but she offered to refund the shipping and let me take the box next door to ship. I explained that I didnt need this huge $16 box and asked if I could return that too, she became even more impatient, said it was already packaged and she had no idea how to return it. I was on a lunch break and didnt have time to argue or ask for another employee So I picked up the box and left! This situation could have been handled much better by an employee who wasnt immediately annoyed and took the time to explain and actually help me.
