Mitch (Owner), Chris, and Alec are an "A" team full of customer focus, professionalism, and reliability! Our day/move started if Smooth Moves indicating they could get to me an hour earlier, which I eagerly accepted. Once Chris and Alec arrived. They greeted me and asked to come in and assess the situation before starting. Considering the Tetris like ability to strategically organize our belongings demonstrated to me why one might assess before starting. Wise I think. Next up was wrapping our leather furniture and wood items. This proved extremely beneficial due to the light rain we were experiencing. As they finish with what was inside, I directed them to the garage where the remaining items were. Chris indicated that the additional items would require a second trip, but believed it would all fall within our agreed timeframe and price. That's some awesome customer service. The entire entire process from scheduling the move to payment was simple and satisfying. The accept credit card, check or cash. I choose credit card and added a tip for the exceptional work.
