I would not recommend this company…read more When I booked my move, I was told that I could cancel the service as long as I did so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Based on that information, I moved forward with the booking and paid a deposit. I cancelled my move several days in advance, well before the scheduled appointment, and received confirmation that the job had been cancelled. However, when I requested my refund, I was told I would not get my deposit back. I called multiple times asking to speak with a supervisor and was told someone would contact me. To this day, I have never received a call back. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. As a single mother, I work very hard for every dollar I earn. I explained my situation and asked the company to honor the cancellation terms that were explained to me when I booked the service, but I felt completely disregarded. Had I been told that my deposit would not be refunded, I would have made a different decision from the beginning. My biggest issue is not just the money, but what I believe was misleading information during the sales process and the lack of follow-through afterward. Customers deserve clear policies, honest communication, and timely responses when they have concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Cancelled September 17, well before the scheduled move date. I hope the company does the right thing and resolves this matter.
