Absolutely horrible experience with Steve Heavenly Hauling. I would not recommend this company to…read moreanyone. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Steve even came into the office recording me, which was completely inappropriate. He later denied multiple things that were clearly discussed and agreed on. He was supposed to pick up mattresses and never did, which left me having to throw them into our dumpster myself. He also acted like he was "helping us out," yet my maintenance crew was the one helping HIM load appliances. He then took the appliances to scrap for money and was supposed to come back afterward, but never showed back up. We were told he would arrive at 9:00 AM, and he didn't show up until around 3:30 PM with no professionalism or communication. Overall, this felt like a company just trying to make a quick buck while providing terrible service and wasting everyone's time.
