We had an extremely disappointing experience with KBA. Our 3 movers were scheduled between 8-9am…read morebut didn't arrive until nearly 10. One even showed up in flip-flops to move heavy furniture in the rain. Despite repeatedly telling them EVERYTHING was being moved, they continually asked what needed to go. They told us the upstairs was finished, but when my husband checked, they had left numerous items behind. My husband ended up loading at least half of our 5x8 trailer and 26-ft box truck himself. One mover repeatedly took breaks and barely helped. All 3 stopped at different times to FaceTime their girlfriends for around 30 minutes each--time we were charged for. One also left 30 minutes early, which we were charged for. I've called twice asking for a manager and was promised a callback but have received nothing. We paid for 3 professional movers and absolutely did not receive the service we were charged for.

I needed a hauling service to clean out an apartment as part of the estate clean up. The problem I…read morehad was this was a small town and I was not able to find anyone who would come out to this small town and do the job. I found Jermaine's web sight and his credentials were great. I called him and verified that he would do the job. I told him I lived 100 miles from the property I needed the job done. We arranged a meeting time at the property. We met at the property at the scheduled time and after going through the apartment. I got a quote for the job. We agreed that his price was fair. I paid for the job and he offered to go back and get his equipment and helpers and return to finish the job the same day. I will add Jermaines business was located 45 miles from the job sight. The man covered a total of 180 miles and did a thorough and complete job. I was sent a text with photos upon job completion. If you are looking for a hauling service, look no more. Call this guy! Great communication. Phone calls, voice messages, and text messages. Prompt and efficient service at a fair price. Thank you again for helping us out today. Bob S

Absolutely horrible experience with Steve Heavenly Hauling. I would not recommend this company to…read moreanyone. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Steve even came into the office recording me, which was completely inappropriate. He later denied multiple things that were clearly discussed and agreed on. He was supposed to pick up mattresses and never did, which left me having to throw them into our dumpster myself. He also acted like he was "helping us out," yet my maintenance crew was the one helping HIM load appliances. He then took the appliances to scrap for money and was supposed to come back afterward, but never showed back up. We were told he would arrive at 9:00 AM, and he didn't show up until around 3:30 PM with no professionalism or communication. Overall, this felt like a company just trying to make a quick buck while providing terrible service and wasting everyone's time. Very unreliable, very unprofessional, and definitely not a company I will ever use again.

Steve is friendly and very polite, as are everyone working for him.I recommend him for cleaning, moving, or hauling services. You will get a good job done at much less than the "big name" companies who charge $150-180/per hour. He was indeed a "heaven-sent" man and company for all of my needs! 5 Star service and job!
