Based on that information, I moved forward with the booking and paid a deposit. I cancelled my move several days in advance, well before the scheduled appointment, and received confirmation that the job had been cancelled. However, when I requested my refund, I was told I would not get my deposit back. I called multiple times asking to speak with a supervisor and was told someone would contact me. To this day, I have never received a call back. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. As a single mother, I work very hard for every dollar I earn. I explained my situation and asked the company to honor the cancellation terms that were explained to me when I booked the service, but I felt completely disregarded. Had I been told that my deposit would not be refunded, I would have made a different decision from the beginning. My biggest issue is not just the money, but what I believe was misleading information during the sales process and the lack of follow-through afterward. Customers deserve clear policies, honest communication, and timely responses when they have concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Cancelled September 17, well before the scheduled move date. I hope the company does the right thing and resolves this matter.

One mover repeatedly took breaks and barely helped. All 3 stopped at different times to FaceTime their girlfriends for around 30 minutes each--time we were charged for. One also left 30 minutes early, which we were charged for. I've called twice asking for a manager and was promised a callback but have received nothing. We paid for 3 professional movers and absolutely did not receive the service we were charged for.

I found Jermaine's web sight and his credentials were great. I called him and verified that he would do the job. I told him I lived 100 miles from the property I needed the job done. We arranged a meeting time at the property. We met at the property at the scheduled time and after going through the apartment. I got a quote for the job. We agreed that his price was fair. I paid for the job and he offered to go back and get his equipment and helpers and return to finish the job the same day. I will add Jermaines business was located 45 miles from the job sight.
