One even showed up in flip-flops to move heavy furniture in the rain. Despite repeatedly telling them EVERYTHING was being moved, they continually asked what needed to go. They told us the upstairs was finished, but when my husband checked, they had left numerous items behind. My husband ended up loading at least half of our 5x8 trailer and 26-ft box truck himself. One mover repeatedly took breaks and barely helped. All 3 stopped at different times to FaceTime their girlfriends for around 30 minutes each--time we were charged for. One also left 30 minutes early, which we were charged for. I've called twice asking for a manager and was promised a callback but have received nothing. We paid for 3 professional movers and absolutely did not receive the service we were charged for.

At 4:00 am the next morning, I received a call from the Warren County sheriff's department. They were trying to reach me about a leak in my unit causing water damage to the ceiling of the unit below mine. They shut off the water for the whole building until I could return to my unit and determine what was leaking. It was the fridge hose still running. There was so much water damage to the unit below That she will have to replace her entire kitchen ceiling. When I called the manage of the Clive location, they said it is not their responsibility and he is not responding to my messages.

Of course we have no idea what to do, nothing was open on Saturday actually nothing was open until Monday morning. I sent an SOS message out at midnight on some website I don't even know which one but when I woke up on Saturday morning it was answered by The Ezee Way! I had a message from this business he told me where to drop the car off, asked when they needed to be back to Chicago and bing bang boom, he was good for his word. He assessed the condition, and gave us a full quote as to what his charges would be. He fixed the problem for exactly what he told us he would charge, and the car drives like a new car! He charged a $65 diagnostic fee and I noticed when we got the invoice that fee was taken off of the bill. He provided pictures before during and after the process. He is honest from start to finish. We were given a service for exactly what we agreed to no surprises no problems just a fixed vehicle and a safe drive home for our family members. The Ezee way will be the only call I make from now on.
