    If I could give a negative rating I definitely would. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! First, their units…read moreARE nice, clean, and affordable. We have never had an issue with anyone breaking in or messing with our stuff so that is great. Unfortunately that is where the fun ends. My partner and I needed a place to store our belongings when we moved out of state to do a bus build. We knew we would be back at the end of April and we had a new place to store everything so we wanted to cancel within the 10 day limit so that we wouldn't have to pay for May. We have a large unit so it costs a decent amount of money. We called on April 8th to cancel in plenty of time. For some reason the call back went to spam and we never saw a voicemail (no one's fault). Unfortunately on that voicemail they said we were required to cancel online. When we called again we got the run around, someone had spoken with us (no one did) and they would look into it and call us back. They never did. When we FINALLY escalated it (hate escalating simple things) they told us we were past the 10 day notice and would be charged for May. Given it was a simple miscommunication and we did all we knew to do in order to cancel our unit you would think they would give a little to keep us as customers as we will need a storage unit again in the future. We definitely will not use their services ever again and we will tell our friends/family to look elsewhere if this is how they treat their customers. Extremely disappointed. And, yes, before anyone from the company tries to excuse it the information to cancel online is included in the lease agreement but with all the moving who knows where that paperwork is? Wouldn't it be easier to pick up the phone and communicate with us properly in a timely manner?
