My storage unit with…read moreLockbox Storage Waukee is infested with rodent excrement and there may be damage to my belongings. In making a claim to the insurance you pay for monthly at this storage, the insurance wants photos of the possibly damaged furniture. This rodent infested storage company will not monetarily assist with removing my furniture to obtain photos, nor have they offered to move my belongings out and address their obvious rodent infestation. Instead, storage management provides a copy of your contract that purports to absolve them from any responsibility in this matter. If there was a way to give this company a negative star rating I most definitely wouldn't hesitate to do so. Response to Lockbox Storage Waukee Management: AGAIN DO NOT PLACE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS WITH LOCKBOX STORAGE WAUKEE IF YOU VALUE THEM. The response from my negative review post of lockbox storage Waukee management is pretty clear that every comment within my post is true. The Lockbox Storage management team response is a prime example of their "customer first" business model of our rodent infestation is not our problem but yours because you chose to do business with us.
