The manager sent us to another site; there we were charged a 25.00 dollar administrative fee and a prorate for the remaining days in the month. We were informed that the following month we would be charged the full 51.99 even though we would only be using the unit for a third of the month. So the total came out to about 85.00 dollars for less than half a month of use for a 5x5 unit. I called later and was informed that if you sign up online the "month" starts on the day you put in on the online form that you will rent - no prorates. So, if the manager had simply taken the time to allow us to go through the online process like we had initially it would have been much more reasonable. Ironic how the manager kept insisting she "loves to save people money". Unscrupulous managers combined with hidden administrative fees and insurance fees will keep me from storing here again.
