The woman who answered the phone was rude from the first second, and was incredibly impatient when I was asking simple questions about what units they had available and what their rates were. She snapped at me and sarcastically went over their available units like she thought I was an idiot. Their rates for a 10x20 non-climate controlled space were over $100 a month, so even if the price hadn't been outside of my range, I would never consider giving this place my business. Even if you're having a bad day, never be so completely rude to customers!

In making a claim to the insurance you pay for monthly at this storage, the insurance wants photos of the possibly damaged furniture. This rodent infested storage company will not monetarily assist with removing my furniture to obtain photos, nor have they offered to move my belongings out and address their obvious rodent infestation. Instead, storage management provides a copy of your contract that purports to absolve them from any responsibility in this matter. The facility would not contact our neighbor to ask or do anything for us. Then when we told manager we would be moving out he said we could give two weeks notice and receive refund for remaining two weeks of the month. Then when we did move out a couple of weeks later he said we had to give 30 days and there would be no refund. Beware at this place!!

It has all of the features most storage rental areas have, 24-hour access to your unit, first month basically free, clean and well-lit area. The customer service provided by the staff was good. The only thing I would have to say would be it was a bit pricey, but this could just be due to the location or the time of year or even availability of units. (Price may change, I do not know). She proceeded to make things right by contacting the other StorageMart across town and secured their last climate controlled unit for us. And made sure to give us a full refund and a credit toward the rent for September to make things right/ first month free. I would high recommend this facility if you need storage. They have up to 10x15 climate controlled units and up to 10x25 regular units.
